AROMA AROM10 Outdoor Stereo Speakers
Quick Start Guide – AROM10 QSG 02
Unpack the box to find:
- (2) Mountable Wireless Speakers with Brackets Attached
- (2) Power Adapters (5ft Cables)
- (2) Power Extension Cables (6ft)
Plan Speaker Placement
Your outdoor mountable speakers offer many installation options,
both indoors and out, horizontally or vertically.
CORNER Mounting:
Mount the speaker brackets on the side wall. The speakers
provide more bass in this placement.
UNDER-EAVE Mounting:
There are 2 options for mounting the speakers under your eaves. (1) mount the speaker brackets on the wall below your eaves, or (2) mount the speaker brackets to your eaves. Closer placements to the eaves provide more bass.
Note: You can also place the speakers on a table top. Simply remove their mounting brackets.
Keep in mind…
Your speakers will need to be plugged in from time to time (the power jack is on the back of each speaker). The power adapters and extensions give you an 11foot reach from your power outlet or power strip to the speaker. Make sure your speakers are no more than 10 feet away from a working power outlet or power strip so you can charge them when you need to!
Safety First!

Safety First
- Installing these speakers requires basic skills in using tools such as a drill or screwdriver. If you’re not sure you have these skills, consult a professional installer.
- Make sure the material and location where you plan to mount these speakers is capable of supporting the weight of the speakers (around 6 lbs each).
- To maximize the useful life of your speakers, mount them where they have less exposure to the elements. Avoid exposure to extreme weather conditions.
- Before mounting the speakers, hold them in place where you plan to install them to make sure they safely clear obstacles such as the ceiling, walls, corners, lighting fixtures, door or window frames, or other nearby fixtures.
Mount the Speaker Brackets
Mount the Speaker Brackets each speaker

working power outlet or power strip.
Note: The power extension cables provided extend the reach of your power
adapter cable by 6 feet. Simply connect one end to the power jack on the

IMPORTANT
It’s important to know which speaker is left and right so that you mount
them correctly. If you forget, look at the indicators on the front of the
speaker—the indicator on the left speaker blinks every 10 seconds when it’s
connected to the other speaker.
Pair to your Phone or other Bluetooth device
Once the speakers have connected for wireless stereo, they’re ready to pair to your phone or other Bluetooth device (one of the speakers announces “Pairing”). Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is turned. Then go its Bluetooth menu and choose “AROM10.” The speaker announces “Connected” when it’s connected to your phone or other Bluetooth device.
To start streaming music to the speakers: Start playing music on your
phone or other Bluetooth device.
To control volume: Use the volume controls on your phone or other
Bluetooth device.
How to reset the speakers
If you’re having trouble getting the speakers to connect to each other or pair
to your device, you can reset them to their factory defaults and start the
setup process again.
To reset the speakers:
- Make sure both speakers are turned off. (To turn them off, press and hold the Power/Pair button on the back of the speaker.)
- On one of the speakers, press and hold the Power/Pair button on the back for 6 seconds until the speaker says “Pairing.”
- On that same speaker, give a quick double press of the Power/Pair button on the back of that speaker. The speaker emits a double beep.
- On the other speaker, press and hold the Power/Pair button on the back for 6 seconds until the speaker says “Pairing.”
- After several seconds, the speakers will announce “left connected” and“ right connected.” Soon after, one of the speakers will announce that they are ready to pair with your phone. Follow the steps above for pairing your phone or other Bluetooth device with the speakers.
