OVERVIEW
Description
- SPK2 is a kit that provides a natural airflow or exhaust from a room.
- This system is designed for installation in all room types. It is recommended to install the system near a heat source, high on the ceiling. This ensures mixing of the warm air with the air entering the room, thus ensuring maximum comfort. SPK2 is equipped with a valve, which can be adjusted with a string or a lever.
- SPK2 is provided with soundproofing materials that reduce indoor noise.
- SPK2 is equipped with EU1, which provides protection against dust and insects. All the elements are easy to remove and clean.
Installation
It is recommended to install the system high on the ceiling, near a heat source.
-
Creating a hole
When drilling a hole, the distance from the ceiling must be at least 15 cm. When drilling a hole, avoid hitting water pipes or electrical cables. The borehole must have a downward slope (1 mm / 100 mm) facing the outer wall. -
Installation of the external grille
To install the outdoor grille, the air duct must be cut slightly shorter than the thickness of the wall. Mount the outdoor grille with the air duct on the wall from the outside. The grille needs to be fixed using an adhesive for outdoor use. Use a sealant where it’s necessary. -
Installation of the internal grille
To install the internal grille, remove the decorative cover. Insert the grille into the air duct and secure it with four screws. Then replace the decorative cover. Use the lever to set the required flow rate.
Service
Filters need to be cleaned twice a year. Standard filters can be washed using soap water.
