WOWME ID217G Smart Watch
Product Information
The ID217G is a smartwatch designed to track your daily activities, such as your steps, calories burned, distance travelled, and active time. It also features continuous heart rate measurement, blood oxygen level measurement, and stress level measurement. Additionally, it has various features like breath training, women’s health tracking, music control, stopwatch, timer, alarm, and find my phone.
Product Usage Instructions

Download and install the VeryFit app on your phone from your app store.

In the app, set your personal information and daily step and weight goals.

To bind the watch to your phone, enable Bluetooth on your phone and open the VeryFit app. Light up the watch screen and bring it closer to your phone. In the app, tap More icon, select Add Device, select the device category, and select the device you wish to link in the corresponding search list. Then confirm the binding request on the watch.

Wear the watch correctly by making sure that the bottom sensor is properly attached to your skin and the strap is not too tight on your wrist.

The watch supports full-screen touch operations. Tap to select and tap and hold to enter or confirm.

The watch supports continuous heart rate measurement, blood oxygen level measurement, and automatic stress level measurement.

To access breath training, click the breath training icon and adjust your breathing rate by following the vibration and animation frequency.

Pairing
In your phone’s app store, search for “VeryFit” and install it. In the app
interface, set your personal information, as well as your daily step and
weight goals.
In order to bind the watch to your phone, start VeryFit app, enable Bluetooth
on your phone and when asked, grant VeryFit the permission to use GPS. Light
up the watch screen and bring it closer to your phone. Tap “More” icon in the
upper right corner, select “Add Device”, select the device category, and
select the device you wish to link in the corresponding search list. Then
confirm the binding request on the watch and fill in your information in the
app, if you didn’t do it before.
Please connect to mobile phone correctly.
Exercise
In order to start an exercise, press the down button to enter the exercise
menu. You can also press the upper button to access the list of apps and
select the exercise icon. Then, click on the icon of the desired activity and
start the exercise.
To add or delete icons of sports activities displayed on the watch or change
their order, in VeryFit app, navigate to “Training” – symbol in the upper
right corner – “Edit Sports”.
Basic Operations

ID217G has two buttons – Up and Down.
Short press the upper button: Return to the previous menu.
Long press the upper button: End the exercise or pop up the shutdown/restart menu.
Short press the bottom button: Enter the exercise menu.
Features
Watch Face
You can switch between different watch faces in the dial settings in the
VeryFit app. You can download and install more watch faces there as well.
Exercises
There are 14 exercise modes: Outdoor run, indoor run, outdoor walk, indoor
walk, outdoor cycling, indoor cycling, hiking, cricket, pool swimming, open
water swimming, yoga, rower, elliptical, workout.
You may choose to hide or display desired exercises in the VeryFit app.
The ID217G intelligent exercise recognition function is able to tell if the
user is running or walking. This function can be enabled or disabled in the
app. The ID217G exercise summary includes a variety of exercise data, and
detailed data can be viewed in the VeryFit app.
Application List
On the watch main screen, press the upper button to access the applications
list. Available functions: Exercise, exercise record, heart rate measurement,
sleep record, blood oxygen level measurement, stress level measurement, women
health, breath training, stopwatch, timer, alarm, music, find my phone and
settings.
Health Data
The watch supports the viewing of daily goals (number of steps, burnt
calories, distance travelled and active time).
Heart Rate
The watch supports continuous heart rate measurement and viewing of all-day
measurement data. You can select the measurement frequency and enable or
disable this in the app settings.
Please be patient while waiting for the heart measurement every time you
access the application. Keep your arms and wrists still during the
measurement.
Stress Level
The watch supports automatic stress level measurement as well as checking of
stress data throughout the day. You can turn this feature on or off, and set
the measurement frequency in the app settings.

Blood Oxygen
Please be patient while waiting for the blood oxygen level measurement every
time you access the application. Keep your arms and wrists still during the
measurement.
Breath Training
Click the breath training icon to access this feature. It helps you adjust
your breathing rate: fast, normal and slow. Click start to directly enter the
breath training animation. Follow the vibration and animation frequency to
adjust your breathing. Reasonable breath training helps you soothe your
emotions.
Sleep
You can view your most recent sleep record and a display of your sleep quality
in various sleep stages.
Weather
Supports three-day weather viewing. You can view today’s current weather,
maximum and minimum temperatures of the day, as well as maximum and minimum
temperatures in next two days.
Music
When the watch is connected to the app, you may use the watch to control the
following functions on your phone’s music player: Next/previous track,
play/pause,
increase/decrease music volume.
You may choose to display or hide this function in the app settings.
Stopwatch
A stopwatch can be set on the watch, and you can also set lap times in the
stopwatch.
Alarm
You can add, delete, enable, or disable alarms on the watch. You can set
alarms in the app and send them to the watch.
Timer
You can set a timer with a pre-set duration on the watch, and the timer will
remind you when the time is up. You can also customize the time on the timer.
Exercise Records
You can view your most recent 50 exercise records on the watch, including
detailed exercise data. You can also view the exercise records in the app.
Find My Phone
You can mare your phone ring using the watch when the watch is connected to
the app. Click the icon to stop the ringing.
You may choose to display or hide this function in the app settings.
Settings
In the watch settings, you can set the screen-on time, screen brightness and
change the watch face. You can choose to turn the watch off, restart or
restore the watch to the factory settings. (All of the data in the watch will
be deleted after restoring to the factory settings, and the watch will no
longer be paired with your phone.)
Reminder Module
The watch supports multiple reminder modes, including messages reminder,
incoming call reminders, movement reminders, hydration reminders and so on.
Common Problems
What shall I do if I have problems with connection or notifications?
You should try resetting connection of your device with the following
instructions:
- Unbind your device in the VeryFit app and for iOS devices cancel connection in the Bluetooth settings as well.
- Uninstall the VeryFit app from your phone.
- Reset your watch in the device settings.
- Install VeryFit app again on your phone.
- Bind your watch again in the VeryFit app.
Why don’t I receive notifications from some apps?
There can be two issues:
- Notifications are not allowed for specific app. Go to device settings in the VeryFit app on your phone and turn on notifications for selected app or turn on notifications for “others”. On iOS devices you might need to restart your phone to ensure proper function.
- On Android device, your phone can automatically close VeryFit app when it is running in the background. When VeryFit app is closed, it cannot communicate with your watch. Please change settings of battery saving in your phone to allow the app to run on the background.
Why can’t I find the device?
Since the wristband is not found in the Bluetooth broadcast, make sure the
wristband is in power and activated and is not connected to any other phones.
Then, put the wristband close to the phone. If it is still not working,
restart the mobile phone.
Why should the wristband be worn more tightly when measuring heart rate?
The wristband uses light reflection principle, penetrates the skin through the
light source and collects the signal reflected to the sensor to calculate your
heart rate. If you don’t wear it tightly, there will be ambient light reaching
into the sensor, which will affect measurement accuracy.
Is the wristband waterproof?
The device supports IP67 certification standard. It means that you can immerse
device for 30 minutes into one-meter depth. Practically, it means that this
device shall withstand light rain or washing hands. Device with this
certification is not waterproof in streams of water, against high pressure or
high-temperature water.
Does the Bluetooth connection need to be opened all the time? Is there any
data after disconnection?
Before the data is synchronized, the data is kept on the wristband host (seven
days of data can be retained). When the Bluetooth connection of the wristband
and the mobile phone is successful, the wristband data will be automatically
uploaded to the mobile phone. Please synchronize data to the mobile phone on a
regular basis.
Warranty Conditions
A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2
years. If you need repair or other services during the warranty period,
contact the product seller directly, you must provide the original proof of
purchase with the date of purchase.
The following are considered to be a conflict with the warranty conditions,
for which the claimed claim may not be recognized:
- Using the product for any purpose other than that for which the product is intended or failing to follow the instructions for maintenance, operation and service of the product.
- Damage to the product by a natural disaster, the intervention of an unauthorized person or mechanically through the fault of the buyer (e.g. during transport, cleaning by inappropriate means, etc.).
- Natural wear and aging of consumables or components during use (such as batteries, etc.).
- Exposure to adverse external influences, such as sunlight and other radiation or electromagnetic fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, mains overvoltage, electrostatic discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and inappropriate polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power supplies, etc.
- If anyone has made modifications, modifications, alterations to the design or adaptation to change or extend the functions of the product compared to the purchased design or use of non-original components.

This product has been tested and complies with the following European Union regulations: Directive No. 2014/53/EU and Directive No. 2011/65/EU as amended by 2015/863/EU.
WEEE
This product must not be disposed of as normal household waste in accordance

2012/19 / EU). Instead, it shall be returned to the place of purchase or
handed over to a public collection point for the recyclable waste. By ensuring
this product is disposed of correctly, you will help prevent potential
negative consequences for the environment and human health, which could
otherwise be caused by inappropriate waste handling of this product. Contact
your local authority or the nearest collection point for further details.
Improper disposal of this type of waste may result in fines in accordance with
