Thank you for your purchase of the Tobenone 14-in-2 USB-C Dual 4K Display Dock UDS-13l Our Dock provides the ability to connect up to TWO 4K displays, RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet, audio input and output, 6 USB peripherals and SD/TF slot to your USB-C system via ONE dual USB-C cable.

Step 1: Connect MacBook’s USB-C power adapter to USB-C Power(0) input
port on the dock
Step 2 : Connect the dock and MacBook Pro/Air via dual USB-C HOST(‘I )
and the USB-C to USB-C cable as provided
Step 3: Connect two HDMI monitors via HDMI 1(C)), HDMI 2(40), cables are
not included
Dual 4K Monitors Configuration on macOS
Step 4 : Attach USB 3.0 and USB-C devices(USB driver, keyboard, mouse,
printer etc.) to the USB ports on both the front and back of the dock(a)(X)),
Insert SD card, TF/Micro SD card into SD/TF slot(CD)
Step 5: Connect speaker/headphones or microphone to the front audio
ports(C)). Con-nect the Ethernet cable to RJ45 Ethernet port(0)
Troubleshooting
NO display output via HDMI
- Please check if the connection between the monitors, dock and laptop is tight
- Please use the Standard HDMI cable, HDMI to HDMI is recommended
NO audio output from monitor
- Please make sure your monitor supports audio output function
- Set the external monitor as default audio output device
