Wireless Color Weather Station with Barometric Pressure & Custom Temperature Alerts
The Wireless Color Weather Station with Barometric Pressure & Custom Temperature Alerts model 308-1425Bv3 is a weather station that allows users to monitor indoor and outdoor temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, and moon phase. It also provides custom temperature alerts, allowing users to set high and low-temperature alert notifications. The weather station comes with an outdoor sensor (TX141TH-Bv4) that sends data wirelessly to the forecast station (308-1425Bv3). The station can be powered by either the 5.0 Volt Power Cord or 3 AAA batteries (for backup). The station also has an Atomic Time Signal-WWVB feature that provides accurate time and date information.
Product Usage Instructions
- Power up the weather station:
- Insert 2-AA batteries into the outdoor sensor.
- Insert the 5.0 Volt Power Cord into an outlet, then into the forecast station. Optionally, install 3-AAA batteries into the station for backup.
- Place the sensor outside in a shaded location to protect it from the sun’s heat.
- Set the time zone:
- Hold down the TIME SET button to enter the Settings Menu.
- Use the ARROW buttons to adjust and TIME SET to confirm.
- Press the SNOOZE/LIGHT button at any time to exit.
- View daily high and low temperatures:
- Press the UP ARROW button to view daily high temperatures. Hold the button to reset the high temperature alert.
- Press the DOWN ARROW button to view daily low temperatures. Hold the button to reset the low temperature alert.
- View heat index and dew point:
- Press the HEAT DEW button to view the heat index and dew point temperature.
- Hold the button to search for the outdoor sensor.
- Adjust backlight and snooze alarm:
- Press the SNOOZE/LIGHT button to adjust the backlight (HI-LO-OFF).
- When the alarm sounds, press the SNOOZE/LIGHT button to snooze for 10 minutes.
- Set custom temperature alerts:
- Hold down the ALERTS button to enter Alert Settings.
- Press the ALERTS button to toggle through alerts.
- Press the UP ARROW or DOWN ARROW buttons to adjust the alert temperature threshold.
- Press TIME SET to confirm.
- Set alarm:
- Hold down the ALARM button to enter Alarm Settings.
- Press the ALARM button to activate or deactivate the alarm.
- View Moon Phase:
The moon phase is based on the lunar calendar and can be viewed on the forecast station.

POWER UP
- Insert 2-AA batteries into your Outdoor Sensor.
- Insert the 5.0 Volt Power Cord into an outlet, then into your Forecast Station. Optional: Install 3-AAA Batteries into your Station for backup.

ATOMIC TIME SIGNAL-WWVB
- The station will search for WWVB Atomic Time Signal at UTC: 07:00 and if no reception, will try again at 08:00, 09:00, 10:00 and 11:00.
- Press the TIME SET button to start or stop a search for the Atomic Time Signal WWVB.

- Hold the TIME SET button to enter the Settings Menu.
- Use the ARROW buttons to adjust, and TIME SET to confirm.
- Press the SNOOZE/LIGHT button at any time to exit.

- AST = Atlantic
- EST = Eastern
- CST = Central
- MST = Mountain
- PST = Pacific
- AKT = Alaska
- HAT = Hawaii
Note: If WWVB OFF is selected, skip to 12/24 hour time.
Note: Weekday will set automatically when year, month and date are set.
24 HOUR PRESSURE HISTORY GRAPH
- The bar graph indicates your pressure history trend over the past 24 hours.
- Read the graph from left to right.
- If bars are rising, weather should improve.
- If bars are falling, weather may worsen.

The moon phase is based on the lunar calendar.
SENSOR WEATHER SHIELD
- The Sensor Weather Shield is designed to protect your outdoor sensor from rain and snow.
- This shield will offer limited protection from the sun’s heat.

CARE + MAINTENANCE
- Do not mix old and new batteries.
- Do not mix Alkaline, Lithium, standard, or rechargeable batteries.
- Always purchase the correct size and grade of battery most suitable for intended use.
- Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device prior to battery installation.
- Ensure the batteries have with correct polarity (+ / -).
- Remove batteries from equipment that will not to be used for an extended period.
