Pacific Ultra Core P8 DP-D5 Plus

The Pacific Ultra Core P8 DP-D5 Plus is a liquid cooling system that comes with a software control interface called TT RGB Plus. The system is compatible with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems. The software allows users to control and customize the lighting effects of the cooler, as well as monitor the coolant temperature and display custom images on the LCD screen.

Installation Guide

Download and install the TT RGB PLUS software from the official Thermaltake website. Connect the Pacific Ultra Core P8 DP-D5 Plus to the controller port following the instructions on the software interface. Pair the controller with the cooler by dragging and dropping it onto the controller port. Save the controller pairing settings. To reset or rescan controllers, use the RESET or RESCAN buttons respectively.

Usage Instructions

To control and edit the lighting effects of the Pacific Ultra Core P8 DP-D5 Plus:

1. Open TT RGB PLUS software and go to MY PC-PC INFORMATION.

2. Under SENSORS, check the coolant temperature.

3. Go to LIGHTING and select a lighting effect from the 23 available options.

4. Select the desired color, direction, light speed, and light for the lighting effect.

5. Select profile settings and choose New, Copy, Edit or Delete options.

6. To reset lighting effects to default settings, click DEFAULT.

7. To preview and edit the LCD screen:

   • Go to LCD DISPLAY to preview the LCD screen and select LCD visual effect settings.

   • To upload a custom image or video, click UPLOAD FILE and select
     the file type GIF, JPG, PNG, MOV, MP4, or AVI. The maximum file size is 20MB.

   • Set the LCD text information, speed, and brightness, and rotate the
     LCD screen, or turn off the LCD as desired.

8. To access the SETTINGS menu:

   • Click the gear icon on the upper right corner of the software interface.
   • To set a custom image as the LCD boot animation, upload a GIF file with a maximum size of 5MB.
   • To set a custom image as the LCD standby screen, upload a JPG file with a maximum size of 5MB.

CONNECT-CONTROLLER

• A. After installation of TT RGB PLUS, you can find controllers on the “CONNECT” & “CONTROLLER” pages.
• B. Click the controller port to make the “Ultra P8 DP-D5 Plus” glow red lighting to pair.
• C. Drag and drop to pair the “Ultra P8 DP-D5 Plus” with the controller port.
• D. SAVE: Save the controller pairing settings.
• RESET: Reset the controller pairing.
• RESCAN: Rescan the controllers.

MY PC-PC INFORMATION

• SENSORS
• Show the Pacific Ultra Core P8 DP-D5 Plus
• Coolant Temperature.

LIGHTING

• A. Preview and edit the lighting effect and LCD monitor. (Click the screen to switch between the lighting effect and LCD control.)
• B. Select 23 Lighting Effects.
• C. Lighting effect settings: Color, Direction, Light Speed, Light.
• D. Lighting color settings.
• E. Profile Settings : New, Copy, Edit, Delete
• F. DEFAULT: Reset the lighting effects.
• CANCEL: Deselect the LEDs for the preview screen.
• APPLY: Execute and store lighting effects.

LCD DISPLAY

• A. Preview the Pacific Ultra Core P8 DP-D5 Plus LCD Screen. (Click the screen to switch between the lighting effect and LCD control.)

UPLOAD FILE

• A. Select “UPLOAD FILE” from “LCD DISPLAY”. You can upload a file to show on the LCD screen. (File type: GIF, JPG, PNG, MOV, MP4, AVI)
• B. Set the LCD text information, speed and brightness, rotate the LCD screen, or turn off the LCD.
• C. Click “UPLOAD” to upload the picture. (Max size: 20MB)

SETTINGS

• A. Click the gear icon on the upper right corner to enter the “SETTINGS” menu.
• B. Upload the picture to set it as LCD boot animation. (GIF only, Max size: 5MB)
• C. Upload the picture to set as LCD standby screen. (JPG only, Max size: 5MB)
