The EVE Audio SC203 is a set of stereo desktop speakers that provide high- quality sound for your audio needs. The set includes a master and slave monitor, a stereo link cable, an external PSU, and two FlexiPad. The speaker set supports analog RCA L/R ins, digital optical input, and USB port for audio connections.

The SC203 set is powered by the master speaker, which needs to be connected to AC mains power using the provided external PSU. The set includes a front-panel encoder that allows you to select the input, adjust volume, and access other functions using the LED display.

Product Usage Instructions:

1. Unpack the contents of the package, including the master and slave monitors, stereo link cable, external PSU, two FlexiPad, and product manual.
2. Connect the audio source using either analog RCA L/R ins, digital optical input, or USB port. Link both SC203 Master and Slave monitors using the provided 4-pin connection cable.
3. Power on the system by connecting the Master monitor (right speaker) to AC mains power using the provided external PSU. Make sure that the Satellite filter DIP switch on the Master monitor rear panel is in the OFF position.
4. To select an input source, push the front-panel encoder briefly to switch the system on. Turn the encoder clockwise until Input LED starts blinking. A constantly lighting LED shows the selected input source. Turn the encoder to select the input source connected to the signal source, and push & hold the encoder for 3 sec. or don’t touch it for 10 sec. to quit the menu.
5. To adjust the system volume, turn the front-panel encoder clockwise. The volume setting is displayed on the LED display.
6. To access other functions, push the front-panel encoder. The LED display shows the function menu, including LED mode, Low shelf, Position filter, High shelf, Balance, and Input selection. Flashing LED indicates the current function. Turn the encoder to select the function and push to enter the selected function. The LED stops flashing, and the current function 2nd LED lights up to show the current setting. No operation for 10 sec. takes you back to the volume setting. Push & hold the encoder for 3 sec. to go back to the volume setting or for further adjustments.
7. Select the Position) setting depending on your listening position: Flat for speakers on mic stands, shelves, etc., Desk for speakers on a desk, and Console for speakers on a meter bridge, shelves, etc.

AUDIO CONNECTIONS
Connect the signal source with either both analog RCA L/R ins, the digital optical input or the USB port.
Link both SC203 Master and Slave monitors using the provided 4-pin connection cable.

POWERING ON

• Connect the Master monitor (right speaker) to AC mains power using the provided external PSU.
• On the Master monitor rear panel, make sure that the Satellite filter DIP switch is in OFF position.

SELECTING INPUT

• Briefly push the front-panel encoder to switch the system on.
• Push the encoder to enter menu: “Bal” LED should blink.
• Turn the encoder clockwise until “Input” LED starts blinking.
• A constantly lighting LED shows the selected input. Turn the encoder to select the input connected to the signal source:
  • Top LED (#12) is lighting: Analog RCA L/R inputs
  • Next LED clockwise (#13) is lighting: Digital optical input
  • Next  LED clockwise (#14) is lighting: USB port
  • Push & hold the encoder for 3 sec. or don’t touch it for 10 sec. to quit the menu.
• Turn the encoder to adjust the system volume and refer to the product manual to know everything on your SC203 system!

• Select the Position) setting depending on your listening position:
  • Flat LED #12 (stroke) is lighting
  • Desk LED #13 is lighting
  • Console= LED #14 (4th dot) is lighting
