Thank you for purchase of OnePlus monitor. Please read this manual before the first use of OnePlus monitor.

Location of the identification label
Labels for the Model No. and Power Supply rating are located on the rear of the monitor or under the terminal cover plate.
Owner’s record
The model and serial numbers are located at the side or rear of the monitor. Stick the label in the spaces provided on Warranty Card. Refer to them whenever you call upon your OnePlus dealer regarding this monitor.

Installation

Installing the monitor with table-top stand

Avoid touching the screen so as not to cause damage to the screen.
To detach the stand, please operate in the reverse order of stand installation.
1. Take out the monitor and carefully put it (screen downward) on a stable and flat table with a soft cloth or cushion on it
2). Align and insert the stand down into the mounting holes on the base, then use two base screws to assemble them.
3). Connect the stand onto the monitor back by aligning and inserting the protruding fastener into the mounting holes on the stand, then use one stand screw to fix them.
4 ). Stand installation is completed.

Installing the monitor with wall mounting kit

The monitor can be mounted on a solid wall perpendicular to the floor. If you install the monitor on a ceiling or slanted wall, it may fall and result in product damage or personal injury. Please follow the detailed instructions in the manual supplied with the purchased wall mounting kit.
Before installing the wall mounting kit, please make sure you have disconnected all cable connections, and detached the stand.
Do not fasten the screws too firmly. Otherwise the monitor may be damaged or fall to cause personal injury.
Use the wall mounting kit that meets the following specifications. Any damage or injuries caused by misuse or using an improper wall mounting kit are not covered by the warranty.

Adjustment Connection

The direction of monitor can be adjusted (tilted by -5° – 15°)
While adjusting the monitor, please avoid using excessive force and hitting other parts or objects to prevent damage.

Press Middle
In power-off mode, press middle to turn on the monitor.
In working status, preSS middle to turn the monitor to power-off mode.
With Main Menu
When the man menu is displayed on the screen, press Up/Clown/Left/Right to execute the following functons
Press Up/Down to move the cursor up/down to select the desired submenu or Item. or adjust the value of selected item.
Press Right to access the selected submenu or item.
Press Left to return back to the upper-level menu, or exit the man menu.
Without Main Menu
When the main menu isn’t displayed on the screen, press Up/Down/Left/Right to open the following soft keyboard which may vary depending on the region or model.
When the soft keyboard is displayed on the screen, press Up/Dovm/Left/Rtght to execute the following functions.
Press Up to access the Brightness settings of Brightness menu in default mode
Press Down to access the Mode settings of Image menu in default mode
Press Right to access the main menu
Press Left to exit the soft keyboard

The limited warranty does not cover
a Defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse or abnormal use. Defects or damage caused by abnormal conditions or improper storage, by exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, sand or dirt, or by unusual physical, electrical or mechanical stress.
b. This warranty does not cover damage caused to the product due to improper installation by customer and/or connection of the product to equipment not approved by OnePlus.
c. Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage, unless caused by OnePlus.
d. Defects or damage resulting from excessive force or use of metallic objects on the screen.
e. Ordinary wear and tear.
f. Defects or damage resulting from the use of the product in conjunction with accessories, products or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by OnePlus.
g. Any physical feature defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service or adjustment not furnished or approved by OnePlus. h. Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision with an object, damage during transport, tire, flooding, dirt, windstorm, lightning earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, viruses and other software problems introduced into the product, abnormal voltage or improper use of any electrical source.

Important Precautions

Installation

The monitor should be installed near an AC power outlet so that the power cord can be easily plugged and unplugged.
Place the monitor on a smooth, flat surface to avoid the monitor falling and causing injury, or damaging the monitor.
If you intend to install a wall-mount bracket, we recommend you use the wall-mount bracket that meets the specifications shown in this manual.
The diameter and length of screws will vary depending on the model of wall-mount bracket. Failure to use the correct screws may cause the monitor to fall or lead to internal damage.

Moving

Disconnect all cables before moving the monitor.
Large monitor needs 2 or more people to move safety. Avoid applying pressure to the panel when moving the monitor. Avoid shaking the monitor or exposing it to excessive vibrations.
When moving the monitor to a new location or to carry out repairs, package it with the original box and packaging materials.

Ventilation

Do not cover the ventilation holes or insert any objects into the case.
Keep clear space around the monitor for ventilation. Wall mounting In order to ensure proper ventilation and prevent the buildup of dust and dirt
Do not mount the monitor flat, upside-down, or backwards, or side mount the monitor.
Do not place the monitor on a shelf, carpet, bed or closet.
Do not cover the monitor with fabric and other materials (such as newspapers).

Power cord and power adapter
Use the power cord, power adapter and power outlet according to the instructions below to avoid tire, electric shock, damage or personal injury.

Insert the power adapter into the monitor, then insert the power cord into the adapter and AC power outlet.
Before connecting cables, power cord should be unplugged for safety reasons. Be careful not to rip over cables.
Before moving the monitor, disconnect the power cord from the AC power outlet.
Keep the power cord and power adapter away from heat.
Unplug the power cord and power adapter and clean them regularly with dry cloth. If they are covered with dust and water vapor, their insulation quality may deteriorate, producing a fire risk.
Avoid excessive pinching, bending, modifying or twisting of the power cord and power adapter, otherwise the wires may become exposed or broken.
Do not place any heavy objects on the power cord or power adapter.
Do not pull the power cord or power adapter when disconnecting the power.
Do not connect too many devices on the same AC power outlet.
Do not use unsuitable AC power outlets.
The power cord and power adapter of the monitor is used as the disconnect device, and the disconnect device shall remain readily operable. Keep your AC power outlet close to your monitor for easy plugging and unplugging.

Children

Do not let children climb the monitor.
Place small objects out of the reach of children in order to avoid swallowing.

Optional items

Keep optional accessories or any devices that emit electromagnetic radiation away from the monitor in order to avoid image distortion or noise.

In case of the following problems…

The power cord or power adapter is damaged or burnt
The AC power outlet is not suitable
The monitor is damaged due to a drop or impact
Any squid or Sold objects fall nto the case through an outlet.
There is any spark smoke, burnt smell or shorting noise from the monitor. Turn off the monitor and immediately unplug the power cord. Contact OnePlus Customer Support and request for a Service Technician V6it.

Usage restrictions

Do not instalVuse the monitor in the following places. environments or conditions, otherwise the monitor may malfunction and cause a fire, electric Shock damage or personal injury.

Places

Outdoors (in direct sunlight). by the sea, in a ship or other vessel inside a car. In a medical institution, at an unstable location, next to water, or In a place exposed to rain, moisture or mildew. If the monitor is placed In the dressing room of a public bath or spa, it may be damaged by the sulfide in the am.

Environments

Hot, damp or dusty places places where insects may enter, places that may be expoSed to mechanical shock next to flammable objects (such as candies). The monitor should not be exposed to dripping or SplaSling water, and do not place any items containing liquid such as flower vases on top of the monitor. Do not place the monitor in a damp or dusty place, or in a room with steam or fumes (near a stove or humidifier) to avoid fee, electric shock or deformation. Keep the monitor away from steam and grease aerosols in kitchen. water harts or windows where the dew. ran water or morning dew may fall on the monitor.

Conditions

Do not use the monitor when your hands are wet, when the case is open, or with accessories that are not authorized by the manufacturer. In the case of a lightning storm. disconnect the monitor from the power adapter, power cord and power outlet Do not install the monitor in an open-air location. Failure to follow these conditions may result in personal injury or damage. or cause objects to strike the monitor.

Damage to Oneplus monitor screen

Do not throw any objects toward the monitor, otherwise the screen may be broken due to the impact and cause serious injury. In case of damage to the surface of the monitor. do not touch the monitor before the power cad has been unplugged, otherwise electric shock may occur. For cleaning. do not drectly spray cleaning liquids on the monitor, or do not use abrasive cleaning liquids. Use soft and clean dust-free microfiber wipe cloth to avoid scratches, and do not apply pressure of hands or fingers on monitor screen.

The screen and frame may get slightly hot with prolonged usage of the monitor. In order to avoid deterioration of the casing materials or damaging the screen please read the following

Wipe with a soft cloth to remove any dust on the surface of the screen/case. If there is still dust, wipe with a soft cloth that has been wet with a mild detergent.
