Product Information

The AMP602-2W and AMP602-2B are amplified surface mount speaker combinations with a 2-way plastic vented box design and built-in amplifier. They come with a 6-1/2 inch mica cone rubber edge woofer and a 0.79 inch (20mm) PEI dome tweeter. The RMS output power is 2x15Watts and the frequency response is 80Hz- 20kHz. The speakers can be used with public address radio, audio, VCD, DVD, and LD systems.

Use the mounting bracket as a template to mark and drill three holes where you want to mount the speakers.
Attach the mounting brackets to the mounting surface using the provided screws, spring washers, flat washers, and nuts. Note that these are for mounting the cabinet from both sides of the mounting location. For any other type of mounting, consult your local hardware store for appropriate screws.
Follow the installation directions included with your amplifier or receiver. Strip 1/2 inch (12mm) of insulation from each of the two conductors of the wire to expose the bare metal and twist each into a single strand. Connect the speaker wire to the terminals using the (+) as RED and the (-) as BLACK.
Adjust the position of the speakers to obtain the desired sound dispersion.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

When mounting speakers, use the mounting bracket as a template for marking and drilling three holes.
Assemble mounting screws, spring washers, flat washers and nuts to attach mounting brackets to mounting surface. Note that:- Screws, washers and nuts provided are for mounting the cabinet from both sides of the mounting location. For any other type of mounting, please consult your local hardware store for appropriate mounting screws.
