Product Information

The product is a tablet that comes with a front and rear camera,
volume control buttons, power button, Type-C port, memory card
slot, headphone input, and speaker. It has a home screen with a
bottom menu icon that includes suspension mode and recently opened
applications. The tablet also has settings for general settings,quick settings, more settings, home screen settings, wallpapers,network and internet, connected devices, applications and notifications, battery, display, programmed switching on/off,sound, storage, privacy, location, security, accounts, accessibility, digital well-being and parental control, Google services, system, and phone information.

Product Usage Instructions

Turning on/off the tablet: Press and hold the power button to turn on/off the tablet.

Capturing a screenshot: To capture a screenshot, select the “Captura de Pantalla” option from the home screen and choose “Screenshot”.

Customizing the home screen: Press and hold the white part of the home screen to access the home screen settings and wallpapers. From here, you can customize your home screens by adding icons, enabling looping scrolling, and selecting swipe down actions. You can also change your wallpaper from the predefined pictures or backgrounds.

Connecting to a network: To connect to a WiFi network, go to the “Settings” app or long press the WiFi icon in quick settings. Select “Network & Internet” and activate WiFi.
Choose the WiFi network you want to connect to and enter the password. To use Bluetooth, turn on Bluetooth on your device first.
Go to “Connected Devices” > “Connection Preferences” > “Bluetooth” on your tablet and select “+ Pair new device” to enter the scanning interface. Select the device you want to pair with, get the pairing code, and select “BIND” on both devices. Some devices may connect automatically.

Application management: To download and install applications, activate the Google Play Store app on the home screen, sign in to your Google account, and search for the application you want. To move an application, touch and hold the app and move it to the desired screen. To delete an app from the home screen, touch and hold the app, then slide it towards “X Remove” to remove it.

START

EnOn/Off

  • Press and hold the power key 2~3 seconds to turn on the tablet. Then follow the on-screen instructions to set up your device and select your language.
  • Press and hold the Power key for 2 seconds and leave it,Shutdown, Restart and Screenshot are displayed on the screen. Click the Power off to turn off the tablet.
  • When the tablet has no reaction, press the button 10 seconds for resetting.

Battery

  • A rechargeable Li-ion battery is installed in the tablet.

  • DO NOT attempt to replace the tablet battery by yourself as this may damage the battery, which could cause overheating, fire or injury.

  • DO NOT throw the tablet into a fire.

  • DO NOT expose the tablet battery to any heat source, direct sunlight or high temperatures.

  • Use only the ORIGINAL power adapter supplied to charge the tablet battery.

  • We suggest that you discharge the battery completely once a month if you only use yourtablet occasionally.

  • The Li-ion battery of your tablet must be repaired or recycled by a supplier.
    The product should be recycled or disposed of separately from household waste.

  • Dispose of the battery in accordance with local environmental laws and regulations.

Suspension Mode

  •  On the home screen, press the power button once to activate the sleep mode; press it again to close it.

Note:
Go to Settings > Display > Screen sleep timeout to set the sleep mode time.

HOME SCREEN SETTINGS AND WALLPAPERS

Press and hold the white part of the Home screen , Home screen settings and Wallpapers are displayed.

  1. Press Home screen settings to start customising your Home screens.

    • Add icon to the Home screen:
      Allows new Apps installed from Google Play to be displayed on the main Home Screen.

    • Home Screen Loop :
      Enable to allow endless or looping scrolling on the Home Screen .

    • Swipe down action :

  2. Select the action when you swipe down on the main Home screen.
    Select Wallpapers to change the current wallpaper of the tablet from the predefined pictures or backgrounds.

GENERAL SETTINGS

Quick Settings
Swipe down from the top of the screen for quick settings .

: WiFi. Click to connect or disconnect.

: Bluetooth . Click to turn on or off.

: Do not disturb. Mute the sound and stop the vibration after activating this function.

: Auto Screen Rotation Mode: Enable or Disable Auto Screen Rotation Mode.

: According to your favourites, select the setting to save battery.

: Aeroplane mode. The blue light will be filtered and the screen will take on a yellowish tint when this option is activated.

: Night light . The screen will appear black and white after enabling this option.

More Settings
Go to the Quick Settings, scroll down and select to enter your page to enter your detailed settings page. Or select App Settings from the home screen to enter it.

  • Set the language
    Select Languages & input > Languages > + Add a language to add your language, then press and hold and slide the up to change the language.

  • Turn camera shortcut on and off.

  • Factory reset
    Select Advanced > Recovery Options > Erase All Data to Reset

  • Check current version of your tablet and check for updates if there is a new version etc .

CONNECT TO NETWORK

Run the Settings App or long press the Wifi / Bluetooth icon in Quick Settings.

Connect to WiFi

  1. Select Network & Internet and activate WiFi. There is the list of available WiFi.
  2. Select the WiFi you want and enter the password.

Use Bluetooth function
Please turn on Bluetooth on your Bluetooth device first.

  1. Go to Connected Devices > Connection Preferences > Bluetooth to turn on the bluetooth of your tablet .
  2. Select + Pair new device to enter the scanning interface. A few seconds, all available devices will be displayed.
  3. Select a device. Get the pairing code, and last select BIND on both devices. Some devices may connect automatically.

APPLICATION MANAGEMENT

Download and Install

  1. On the home screen activate the Play Store application.
  2. Sign in to your Google account, and search for the application you want.

Application Management
Move the application
Touch and hold any app, and move it to the desired screen.

Delete app from the Home screen
Touch and hold the app , then slide it towards X Remove to remove the app from the home screen.

Download APP
Touch and hold any App , and move it towards Uninstall to remove it.

Clear APP Cache

  1. Enter Settings > Apps & Notifications.
  2. Select an APP > Storage & Cache > CLEAR CACHE .

BROWSING WEB PAGES

Before browsing , make sure the tablet is connected to the available WiFi . You can use the pre-installed Chrome browser or download the browser from the Play Store.

MULTIMEDIA

Connecting to the Computer

  1. Connect your tablet to the computer with a USB cable.
  2. Charging only is the default setting. You can switch to Media Device (MTP) or Camera (PTP) then use your computer to find, at this time, you can transmit the documents between the tablet and the computer.

Notes:
Use the quick settings , select Android System – Charging device by USB Touch to see more options. select the required connection method .

  1. Choose Charge only to charge your tablet.
  2. Select Camera (PTP) to send photos between the two.
  3. Select MIDI for music from the instruments .

Connecting to the External Device

  1. Install a memory card with a capacity of up to 64G and go to Quick Setup.
  2. Select SETUP .
  3. Select Portable Storage , set the card to the removable device . You can transfer documents between the tablet and the card.

MULTIMEDIA

Q1. Tablet can’t turn on.

  • After charging 30 min, it turns on again.
  • Press and hold the power button to check if it is in sleep mode .
  • Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to restart it .
  • Insert a pin through the reset hole to turn it off.

Q2. Tablet cannot charge .

  • Make sure the USB cable is plugged into the charging input correctly .
  • Try the other compatible USB cable and adaptor .

Q3. Error message occurs during use .

  • Uninstall the application with the error message, download it again and install it.
  • Insert a pin through the reset hole to turn it off.

Q4. The computer cannot detect the tablet .

  • Make sure it is switched on .
  • Try another USB cable .
  • Try connecting the other USB input .
  • Do NOT select Charge only, you can select Media device (MTP). Camera (PTP) when connecting to the tablet.

Q5. Tablet cannot connect to WiFi .

  • Make sure your tablet’s WiFi is turned on.
  • Make sure the WiFi is correct.
  • Restart the router .
  • Make sure you do not have filter litsta or connection restrictions on the router.
  • Disconnect the old WiFi, reset the router and connect it again.

Q6. The storage space is not enough.

  • Remove unused applications .
  • Clear the cache regularly .
  • Install the memory card .

Q7. The screen has no reaction .

  •  Check for dust on the screen, wipe it with a cloth and try again.

Q8. The font size is too small to be read.

  •  Please go to Settings > Display > Advanced > Font Size to adjust the text size.

Q9. Could the tablet support OTG function?

  • Yes, but it requires an extra OTG cable. Then you can connect the tablet to a mouse or USB drive via the cable.
