Components
Charging
Charging your AIR PRO 4.0
- Before charging, please ensure the ANC and Bluetooth are off.
- Plug the USB cord into the USB port on the headphones.
- Connect the USB cord to a USB port on a computer.
- Red LED light on the headphones shows that charging is underway.
- Once fully charged, the red LED light will turn off.
Power On/Off
Powering your AIR PRO 4.0 on
To turn on your Friendie AIR PRO 4.0, press and hold the multi-function button
for 3 seconds until the LED light flashes blue and red.
Powering your AIR PRO 4.0 off
To turn off your Friendie AIR PRO 4.0, press and hold the multi-function
button for 3 seconds. The red LED light will flash fast and then turn off.
Turn ANC off by sliding the switch down. The green LED light will turn off.
Wireless Pairing
Pairing your AIR PRO 4.0
- When turned on, your headphones will either automatically change to pairing mode, or connect to the last paired device.
- Keep your headphones and mobile device within range.
- On your mobile device, tum Bluetooth on.
- Under your Bluetooth devices on your mobile device, select device “friendie AIR PRO 4.0”. If a password is, required enter 0000.
- When paired, the LED light on the headphones will blink blue.
Active Noise Cancelling
About Active Noise Cancelling
Your Friendie AIR PRO 4.0 includes Active Noise Cancelling {ANC) technology.
ANC works by using microphones to pick up low-frequency noise to neutralise it
digitally. ANC will reduce continuous frequent external noise; please allow
time for your headphones to decipher external noise that it should cancel. It
will not cancel short noises, and will require some time from turning ANC on
to start canceling.
Power your Active Noise Cancelling
Turn ANC on by sliding the switch up, a gree
LED light will appear.
To turn ANC off, slide the switch down, the green LED light will disappear.
Sizing Correctly
Correctly sizing your AIR PRO 4.0
Your headphones feature extendable headbands and rotating earcups lo ensure a
comfortable and adjustable fit. Please extend the headband before placing on
your head. The earcups fold inwards away from your body. Please be gentle- the
earcups only rotate in the one direction.
Wireless Controls
Controlling your AIR PRO 4.0
Your headphones also have Bluetooth controls to change music and answer phone
calls. Bluetooth needs to be on and connected.
Wired Connection
Connecting your AIR PRO 4.0
Your headphones also include a 3.5mm auxiliary line-in with an in-built
microphone. Turn your Bluetooth off to utilize the AUX cable.
Troubleshooting
Headphones are not charging
- Check USB charging cord is not damaged.
- Check USB port from computer has power.
- Check charging port is free of dirt.
- Check USB charging port is not damaged.
Unable to hear music from headphones

Check your paired device bluetooth settings; are your headphones connected to your device?
Your headphones will pair to the last device. -
Is the indicator light blinking blue and red? If so, the headphones are not paired to a device. See pairing.
Volume is too low
- Check your phone settings in case volume has been adjusted.
Music drop-outs
- Check your device and headphones within a 10 meter visual range
- Ensure you have no barriers disrupting connections
- Ensure you have no interference from other 2.5Ghz devices, e.g cordless phones, WiFi.
Phone calls are not clear
- Your headphones are not designed for phone calls, the phone is a secondary function. Due to the small microphone located inside the headphones, phone calls will always be clearer if you use your phone rather than headphones.
- You can also choose to use the wired connection, which includes a microphone on the cord. This may enhance clarity.

tones. Prolonged exposure to loud sounds can cause irreversible hearing
damage. It is dangerous or even illegal in some areas to use your headphones

This product is not intended for commercial use and has been tested for
household use only. This product is not intended for use by small children, or
persons with diminished capabilities. Please ensure that the use of this
product is monitored by a guardian or parent. To reduce the risk of fire or
electric shock, never use your headphones near water or in areas where it can
come into contact with water. Never handle the headphones if they have been
dropped into water or any other liquid. If the product comes into contact with
water while switched off, this poses a safety hazard. Always make sure your
hands are dry before touching the plug or power connections.
- CAUTION: Do not remove the panel covers by unscrewing them. To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not remove the cover. No user serviceable parts inside. Refer servicing to a qualified service personnel.
- DO NOT use any accessories, plugs or power cables not recommended by this document, or of a lesser Amperage or Voltage.
- DO NOT operate the product with a damaged cord or plug, or after it has malfunctioned, it has been dropped or damaged in any way.

- CAUTION: Should your battery show signs of overheating, smoke or fumes being emitted during charging, remove the charging cable immediately.
- DO NOT use any harsh or abrasive cleaning chemicals or materials on your headphones; doing so may damage or scratch the surface finish.
- DO NOT expose your headphones to direct sunlight or high temperatures for extended periods of time. Do not store in temperatures over 60°C.
- DO NOT expose the battery to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like. Store in a cool, dry place.
