Product Usage Instructions
Using the Chronograph
- Push the crown in to position 0.
- To start and stop the chronograph, press button B.
- To reset the chronograph, press button A while the chronograph is stopped.
Setting the Time
- Pull the crown out to position 2 when the second hand points to 0 seconds. The second hand stops.
- Rotate the crown to set the time.
- Push the crown in to position 0 in accordance with a reliable time source to finish the procedure.
Adjusting the Calendar
- Pull the crown out to position 1.
- Rotate the crown counterclockwise to set the date indication.
- Push the crown in to position 0 to finish the procedure. Be cautious as the date indication may change incorrectly thereafter.
Adjusting the Position of the Chronograph 1/5 Second Hand
- Pull the crown out to position 2.
- Press and hold the upper-right button B for 3 seconds or more. The chronograph 1/5 second hand becomes adjustable.
- Press and release the upper-right button B to set the position of the chronograph 1/5 second hand to 0 seconds.
- Rotate the crown to set the time.
- Push the crown in to position 0.
- Press and release the lower-right button A to finish the procedure.
Instruction
- When operating the watch, make sure that it is not wet.
- This watch is solar-powered. Expose the dial to light and use it sufficiently charged.

Component identification
- Actual appearance may differ from the illustrations.
- The crown has two positions when pulling it out.
Setting the time
-
Pull the crown out to position 2 when the second hand points 0 second.
The second hand stops. -
Rotate the crown to set the time.
- The 24 hour hand also moves synchronously. Take care the time set is AM or PM.
- Move the hands 4 or 5 minutes forward and move them back to the right time to set the time more precisely.

Push the crown in to position 0 in accordance with a reliable time source to finish the procedure.
Adjusting the calendar
Date indication adjustment is required on the first days of March, May,
July, October and December.
- Do not adjust the date indication between 9:00 PM and 1:00 AM. Otherwise, the date indication may change incorrectly thereafter.
- Pull the crown out to position 1.
- Rotate the crown counterclockwise to set the date indication.
- Push the crown in to position 0 to finish the procedure.
Using the chronograph
- Push the crown in to position 0.
- If the chronograph minute hand does not point 00 before starting measurement, press and release the lower right button A to reset it.
- Start/stop: press button B.
- Reset: press button A while the chronograph is stopped.
- The chronograph measures up to 60 minutes.
- You cannot use the chronograph while insufficient charge warning status (2-second interval movement).
Adjusting the position of the chronograph 1/5 second hand
Adjust the position of the chronograph 1/5 second hand when it does not return
to 0 seconds.
- Pull the crown out to position 2.
- Press and hold the upper right button B for 3 seconds or more. The chronograph 1/5 second hand becomes adjustable.
- Press and release the upper right button B to set the position of the chronograph 1/5 second hand to 0 seconds.
- Each time you press the button, the chronograph 1/5 second hand moves by 1 step.
- Pressing and holding the button moves the chronograph 1/5 second hand continuously.
- The chronograph minute hand also moves synchronously with the chronograph 1/5 second hand.
- Rotate the crown to set the time.
- Push the crown in to position 0.
- Press and release the lower right button A to finish the procedure.
- Pressing the button resets the chronograph minute hand.
