GIMA 27406 Aluminium Suitcase Couch
Product Information
The Gima S.p.A suitecase couch is a medical device designed for home visits or therapies in clinics where a regular couch might not be available. It is made in Italy and has an aluminum frame with padding and fire-retardant fabric covering in blue color. The couch has a maximum load-bearing capacity of 100 kg, and it weighs 13 kg (14.5 kg with box).

Warnings and Symbols
Operators must read and understand the manual before using the product. The suitecase couch is a Class I Medical Device compliant with Regulation (EU) 2017/745. Follow the warnings and symbols provided in the manual:

When adjusting the height of the couch and the back, make sure no one inserts hands, legs or anything into the movement area:

Maintenance and Cleaning
To maintain the suitecase couch:
- Use only original spare parts.
- Periodically check all fixing points.
- To preserve at best, avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, contact and deposit in saline and very humid environments.
- Wash the stainless steel surfaces with soapy water and use appropriate disinfectants.
- Rinse with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
- Do not spill on the surface cleaners containing chlorine or ammonia, fatty and oily substances.
- Do not use cleaning utensils containing iron. If necessary disinfection only use suitable non-corrosive products.
- Clean the fabric with damp soapy cloth and rinse well with clean water. Do not use solvents, bleaches, synthetic detergents, polishes or aerosol spray. Normally synthetic leather light colors should not come in contact with no fixed colored clothes (such as jeans and similar) not to cause stains and rings that cannot be cleaned up.
Product Usage Instructions
- Lay down the suitcase with the hole on the upper side.
- Open the suitcase.
- Open the legs of the bed completely.
- Only when the legs are completely open and fixed, turn the bed to the correct position of use.
All serious accidents concerning the medical device supplied by us must be reported to the manufacturer and competent authority of the member state where your registered office is located.
ATTENTION! The operators must carefully read and completely understand the present manual before using the product. In accord with Regulation (EU) 2017/745, this product is part of the CLASS I MEDICAL DEVICES.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSEMBLY AND USE
- Lay down the suitcase with the hole on the upper side.
- Open the suitcase.
- Open the legs of the bed completely.
- Only when the legs are completely open and fixed, Turn the bed in the correct position of use
