Mobile Wireless Gamepad
Notices:
- Mobile system required: i0514+ or Android 6.0+.
- Support most controller designed games & download from: iOS: App Store Android: Google Play PC: Steam
- The input power of the charge cable is 5V/1A, please use 5V/1A charging plug, if plug is more than 1A will damage gamepad.
- In Call of duty gaming interface, if you’ve received a notice to choose a controller model within `PS4,PS5 and XBOX’. Please select ‘XBOX’.
- Under iOS mode, it support ‘Genshin Impact’, and do not support ‘PUGB Mobile’.
Under Android mode, both ‘Genshin Impact’ & `PUGB Mobile’ are not support.
Keys Instruction:
Tips Before Playing Game
- Some controller supported games need to select ‘controller mode’ in the game settings before you using the controller to play. For example: Gentian Impact, COD.
- If you want to test if the controller can work normally or not, you can download ‘Combat Modern 5’ or ‘Asphalt 9 Legends’ to test, they fully support direct play.
- [IMPORTANT] There is a mode switch button on the left side of controller, Please switch the controller to the correct mode as your device system before playing games.
iOS Wireless Connection Guideline
Bluetooth Connection
- Required system: i0S14.0+ version.
- Turn Swish mode to (iOS mode), then press ‘HOME’ key for 2 sec until LED 2 light flashes.
- Tum on Bluetooth function on your iPhone or iPad.
- Search and select ‘DUALSHOCK 4 Wireless Controller’, once the connection has done, LED 2 light will be keeps on.
- Bluetooth connection is done, just choose the supported game that you want to play and enjoy it.
- Notice:
When the controller enters the bluetooth pairing mode with the LED 2 light flashes slowly, but cannot connect to your iPhone successfully, please delete the device ‘DUALSHOCK 4 Wireless Controller’ on the iPhone, and then reconnect it.
Android Wireless Connection Guideline
Bluetooth Connection
- Required system: Android 6.0+ version.
- Turn Swich mode to (Android mode), press ‘HOME’ key for 2 sec until LED 3 light flashes.
- Tum on Bluetooth function on your Android phone or tablet.
- Searh and select ‘PG-9083S’, once the connection has done, LED 3 light will be keeps on.
- Bluetooth connection is done, let’s go to key mapping setting.
- Notice:
When the controller enters the bluetooth pairing mode with the LED 3 light flashes slowly, but cannot connect to your phone successfully, please delete the device ‘PG 9083S’ on the phone, and then reconnect it.
IMPORTANT:
For Call of Duty & Apex Legends Mobile & Diablo: Immortal on Android, please
follow below steps to connect controller: (if you find other games can not
play under ‘Home’ boot mode, please turn off controller, and reboot with
follow steps)
- Turn Swish mode to (Android mode), press ‘R+HOME’ key for 2 sec until LED 1 & LED 2 & LED 3 light flashes.
- Tum on Bluetooth function on your Android device.
- Search and select ‘Xbox Wireless Controller’, once the conn-ection has done, LED 1/ LED 2/ LED 3 light will be keeps on.
- Bluetooth connection is done, just enjoy COD and Apex legends on your Android device.
- Notice:
When the controller enters the bluetooth pairing mode with the LED 1/ LED 2/ LED 3 light flashes slowly, but cannot conn-ect to your phone successfully, please delete the device ‘Xbox Wireless Controller’ on the phone, and then reconnect it.
PC Wireless Connection Guideline
Bluetooth Connection
- Required system: Win 7+ version.
- Compatible devices: MacBook, Notebook, Laptop, Tablet PC which has included a ‘Bluetooth R aceiver device inside.
- Turn Swish mode to five (PC mode), press ‘R+HOME’ key for 2 sec until LED 1 & LED 2 & LED 3 light flashes.
- Tum on Bluetooth function on you PC device.
- Search and select ‘Xbox Wireless Controller’, once the connection has done, LED 1/ LED 2/ LED 3 light will be keeps on.
- Connection is done, just choose the supported game that you want to play and enjoy it.

When the controller enters the bluetooth pairing mode with the LED 1/ LED 2/ LED 3 light flashes slowly, but cannot conn-ect to your PC successfully, please delete the device ‘Xbox Wireless Controller’ on the PC, and then reconnect it.
PC Wired Connection

Windows System Required: Win 7+ vers

Turn Swich mode to (PC mode).

Connect controller and PC by the Micro USB cable (included in package), then controller will boot automatically and LED1 light will be keeps on.

lf the controller is successfully connected, will be displayed on device list of the computer.
‘Xbox 360 Controller for Windows’ -
Connection is done, just choose the supported game that you want to play and enjoy it.

Notice: If ‘Xbox 360 Controller for Windows’ didn’t show on your PC or controller didn’t work after connection, please unplug the USB cable from the computer and controller. Re-insert the USB cable and follow the pairing steps to connect again.
Q&A
Q: Why I can’t turn on the new Gamepad?****
– A: Please recharge the Gamepad before you use it at the first time or use it again after a long period.
Q: How to reset default setting for the gamepad?****
– A: There is a ‘Reset’ hole on the back of the gamepad, When gamepad is turned on, press the reset button, LED light will turn off after reset.
Q: I can’t reconnect my phone with gamepad again even the Bluetooth shows has connected.****
– A:(0Remove or delete the Bluetooth connection on your phone and reconnect it
again.
– If you connect the controller with other devices (eg. Galaxy S20) before
reconnecting the previous device (eg. iPhone 13), please delete the Bluetooth
(DUALSHOCK 4 Wireless Controller) of the controller on the previous device
(eg. iPhone 13), then search again and reconnect.
– Tips can not solve the problem, please delete the Blue-tooth of the
controller on the previous device and then reset the controller. After reset,
then you can reconnect the controller.
Q: How do I know the gamepad’s power state?****
– A: When the power is low, the LED 4 light will flash quickly, When charging, the LED 4 light will flash slowly, When fully charged, the LED 4 light will be keeps on.
Q: Why does the controller automatically shut down?
– A: The controller will automatically sleep when there is no operation within five minutes. At this time, press the ‘Home’ button to wake up the controller and reconnect to the connected device.
Q: Why controller doesn’t work after connection.****
– A: Please remove and delete Bluetooth connection then recon-nect it again, or reset the controller.
Q: Why the controller got delay or latency after used a while?****
– A: Please recharge the controller fully.
Q: Left or right rocker stuck or drifting problems?****
– A: Physical solution: Press left or right rocker and turn the rocker 3-5 rounds to reset axis of rocker.
Q: Can’t power on the controller after charging overnight.****
– A: While charging, the charging led light stays on, but still cant power on
the controller. Then, you need to press the RESET key to reboot the
controller.
– While charging, there is no any led light on the controller. That means the
charge cable is dead, please use another charge cable.There will be a led
light stays on while the charging cable works.
Q: Why the key doesn’t work as normal?****
– A: Reset the controller.
– After reset, if it still doesn’t work, please download ‘game controller’
from App store, open ‘game controller’, then press each key on gamepad to
check if it is work, If the button is normal, there will be a mapping response
on the ‘game controller’ App.
– If the gamepad is defective, please contact us for replace-ment or refund.
– If you cannot successfully pair according to the Bluetooth pairing method as
the manual, please press the RESET button to reboot the controller.
Q: Does the gamepad support game in vertical/portrait mode?****
– A: No, the gamepad does not support game in vertical/portrait mode.
