GENERAL INFORMATION
The Rollator is designed for both indoor and outdoor use. It is designed to be
used as a walker, not a wheelchair.
Do not sit on the device while it is moving.
WARNING: DO NOT use the device if you suffer with any of the following impairments:
- Visual problems
- Inability to sit
- Severe balance issues
- Arm, shoulder or hand disabilities

The Rollator comes carefully packed in a cardboard box which can be used for storage if required. Please contact us immediately if the product is damaged on arrival.

QUICK USER GUIDE INSTALLATION
Step 1: Install the front wheel
Press the red button.
Adjust the direction of the wheel, insert it and lock firmly.
Step 2: Install the back wheel
Align the slot of the metal leg with the Rollator body.
You will hear a click if this has been inserted cor-rectly. Then tighten the
screw on the Handle to secure.
Step 3: Push on the seat
Open the Rollator and push on the seat from the edges.
You will hear a click when it is safely in place. Dou-ble check it is firmly
installed before sitting down.
Step 4. Install the back belt and mesh bag
Install the belt following the pictures displayed

QUICK FIXES
- Adjust the height of arm rest
- Press the red button and adjust the height of armrest to a comfortable position.
- Make sure both arm rests are fixed at the same height.

Operate the brakes
- Pull both brake handles upwards to activate the brakes.

Park
- Push the brake handles downwards until they lock into place with a click to park the device.
- Pull the brake handles back up to come out of parking position.
- The seat could be used ONLY in parking position.

Going over obstacles
- Step on the tilting aid.
- Then pull back on the handles at the same time to raise the front wheels. This will allow you to negotiate kerbs and other small obstacles with little effort.

Adjust the brakes (optional)
- Loosen the allen screw by pulling it out. (arrow 1)
- Do not move the Rollator when adjusting the brakes.
- To make small adjustments: Loosen the counter nut. (arrow 1)
- Turn the setup screw (arrow 2) clockwise to reduce the braking intensity. Turn the setup screw counter clockwise to increase the braking intensity.
Finally, retighten the counter nut.

STORAGE
- To fold and store the Rollator, simply pull up the handle on the seat to collapse the device.

TIPS FOR FIRST USE
- Check the brakes and wheels before using.
- The Rollator should ideally be used on dry, level ground. Practice using it inside until you are confident to use it outdoors. When using the Rollator, rest your hands on the brake to ensure you can stop imme-diately. This will reduce the risk of falling.
- Avoid sudden braking to avoid the Rollator slipping.
- Seek assistance when using stairs or find an available lift.
- The maximum weight capacity is 300-350 lbs and 11 lbs for the mesh bag.
- Avoid using the Rollator in heavy storms or on very wet ground. Decelerate when travelling downhill.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
- The frame can be wiped with a damp cloth or washed with a neutral cleaning agent.
- The wheels should only be cleaned with a plastic-bristled brush. Do not use wire brushes.
- Mild soap is suitable to clean the seat back, seat and transporting pouch. Do not use a steam cleaner. Dry the rollator with a towel.
- Applying machine oil to the brake cables and any screws will help to prevent rust.
