Adjusting the handle height
Press the gray button on the height adjustment (“I”) on the frame of the
rollator and adjust the handle to the appropriate height. Repeat for the other
side. Make sure the gray buttons on both handles are locked. Make sure that
both handles are set to the same height.
Handle height: 33.1 – 37.4 inch
Your ideal handle height
Adjust the handles (“A”) of the rollator so that they are at the height of
your wrist when your arms are hanging. When you place your hand on the handle,
your elbow should be slightly bent. If you find that you need to bend over or
keep your arms bent at a right angle, adjust the height of the handles.
Adjusting the seat height
Press the spring button (“J”) on the frame of the rollator and adjust the seat
to the appropriate height. Repeat this for all wheel axles. Make sure all push
buttons are engaged. Make sure that all wheel axles (“D” / “K”) are set to the
same height.
Seat height: 21.1 – 22.8 inch
Brakes
-
Pull the brake handles (“G”) up to brake the rollator.
-
Push the brake handles (“G”) down to lock the rear wheels. In this position, the parking brake of the rollator is active.
To release the parking brake again, pull the brake handles (“G”) upward.
Adjusting the brakes
To adjust the rear brake (“L”), adjust the adjustment screw and locking nut.
These are located on the rear wheels (“K”) of the rollator. Turn the
adjustment screw counterclockwise to increase the tension. Then secure the
adjustment by turning the locking nut clockwise. Hold the adjustment screw in
place while doing so.
Important
If the brake adjustment has been made so that the rear brake (“L”) is set too
loose or too tight, this will affect the function of the brake. If the brake
is set too tight, it could drag on the wheel. If the brake is set too loose,
it could affect the operation of the brake.
Removable cane holder
-
Attach the cane holder (“E”) to the side of the frame in the provided position.
-
To do this, slide the cane holder (“E”) onto the holder from above.
Folding and storing the rollator
-
Lift the seat (“C”) of the rollator
-
Pull up the black metal brace inside the basket to fold the rollator.
Maintenance
- Check the rollator at regular intervals for loose wing screws (“H”) and defective spring buttons (“J”).
- Periodically check for proper operation of the rear wheel brakes (“L”).
- Replace damaged or worn parts.
Cleaning
The rollator can be cleaned with a damp cloth / sponge and warm soapy water. If necessary, you can use an antibacterial surface cleaner. Dry the areas thoroughly afterwards. When cleaning, take care not to leave any residue on the seat and handles so that the surface does not become slippery in these areas. Do not use scouring pads or scrapers to avoid damaging the surface coating.
