WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The receipt must clearly list the date of purchase and the part number, in addition it should be printed. Keep the receipt for the entire warranty period since it is required for all warranty claims. During the warranty period the defective items will be credited, repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s expense.
Work carried out under the warranty neither extends the warranty period nor starts a new warranty period. The manufacturer reserves the right to void any warranty claim for damages or defects due to misuse, abuse or external impact (falling down, impact, ingress of water, dust, contamination or break). Wearing parts (e.g. rechargeable batteries) are excluded from the warranty. Upon receipt of the RMA goods, Gembird Europe B.V. reserves the right to choose between replacement of defective goods or issuing a credit note. The credit note amount will always be calculated on the basis of the current market value of the defective products.
WARRANTY TERMS
The purchase receipt must state the purchase date and product description clearly stated. Please present the purchase receipt throughout guarantee period, this is at all times required for all warranty claims. During the warranty period, all defects repaired or replaced by the manufacturer through repair, or exchange of the defective part or the whole device. Claims during the warranty period do not lead to extension thereof. Warranty claim expires at damage or defects caused by improper use, abuse or influence of outside (fall, impact, water, dust, dirt or break).
Wear-sensitive parts (e.g. batteries) are excluded from the warranty. Bee receipt of the RMA goods Gembird reserves the right to choose between replacement of the defective goods or dispensing of a credit note. The amount of the credit note will always be calculated on the basis of the current market price for the defective product.
WARRANTY CARD
- Warranty service is provided within of the warranty period, if there is a correctly and clearly completed warranty card, and the product is complete. The serial number and model of the product must match specified in the warranty card.
- Warranty service is free elimination of all problems (repair), or replacement of the product with a new (similar).
- The warranty does not cover defects, caused by the following reasons:
- use of the product for purposes other than those intended.
- violation of the conditions of operation, storage or transportation products listed in this manual.
- connection of non-standard or defective peripherals devices, accessories.
- mechanical damage, penetration into the product foreign objects, substances, liquids, insects.
- repair of the product by unauthorized persons.
- Completeness and appearance of the product are checked By the buyer upon receipt of the goods in the presence of personnel firms. After-sales claims for completeness and appearance are not accepted.
