Using your presenter

Common problems

1. The laser indicator does not work
   If the laser light is not on, it is usually due to the following reasons:

3. Whether the battery is charged. If other functions of the wireless presenter are normal and only the laser light is not on, it means that the laser module is faulty. If the laser module fails, please contact us for after-sales maintenance.

4. The receiver doesn’t recognize it
   Please confirm whether the USB interface of the computer works normally, and try other USB interfaces. If necessary, try another computer. In order to check whether the USB interface can work normally, other USB devices can be inserted into the USB port. If the USB interface is normal and the receiver can work normally on other computers, it means that there is something wrong with the computer driver. Please re-install the driver or the operating system.

5. Can not control the computer
   When the laser is normal, the receiver can be recognized by the computer, but all the functions of the transmitter cannot be used normally, and the computer cannot be controlled, the general reason is that the receiver does not save the address code correctly, and the signal of the transmitter cannot be connected, so the code matching operation is needed. Press and hold the hyperlink key and page down key for 3 seconds to clear the existing code information, and the blue indicator light flashes continuously to indicate that the clearing is completed. At this time, insert the receiver into the USB port of the computer, and the presenter will automatically align the code. After the code is successfully aligned, the indicator light will stop flashing.

Function Description

1. Press “Page Down” button and “Page Up” button to go forward and backward.
2. Press and hold “Laser Button” button to turn on the laser.
3. Full screen: Press and hold the “Page Up” button to enter full screen, long press it again to exit full screen.
4. Black screen: Press and hold the “Page Down” button to enter black screen, press any button to exit black screen.
5. Link function: Under the Microsoft PowerPoint full screen, press the “Tab” button to choose Hyperlink, then press “Enter” button to open Hyperlink.
6. Close window: Press and hold “Enter” button to achieve Alt + F4 to close the current window.
7. Window switch: Press and hold “Tab” button to achieve Alt+ Tab window switch function.
8. Prezi/Keynote/PowerPoint mode switch: Press “Page Up” and “Page Down” to switch among Up & Down, Left & Right, PgUp & PgDn.
9. Low power indication: The red LED on the wireless presenter will flash rapidly to remind the user to change battery timely.

Use of demonstrator

1. USB connection mode (remove USB receiver)
   Take out the USB receiver from the bottom of the presenter and plug it into the USB interface of the computer. At this time, “new hardware found” will be displayed in the lower right corner of the computer desktop, and the system will automatically install the driver. When windows Displays “new hardware is installed and ready to use”, it means that the installation of USB receiver is completed.

2. Operating wireless presenter
   Through the operation of wireless presenter keys to achieve the remote control of the computer and laser control.

3. Operating wireless presenter
   After using, please plug the USB receiver back into the USB slot at the bottom of the wireless presenter, and turn off the power switch of the product, so as to prevent the product from squeezing the button and consuming power when ii is placed in the bag.
