Thank you for selecting and buying V-TAC product. V-TAC will serve you the best. Please read these instructions carefully before starting the installation and keep this manual handy for future reference. If you have any other queries, please contact our dealer or local vendor from whom you have purchased the product. They are trained and ready to serve you at your best. The warranty is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by incorrect installation or abnormal wear and tear. The company gives no warranty against damage to any surface due to incorrect removal and installation of the product. The products are suitable for 10-12 Hours Daily operation. Usage of product for 24 Hours a day would void the warranty. This product is warranted for manufacturing defects only.

WARNING:

1. Please make sure to turn off the power before starting the installation.
2. Please read through all following instructions before installing the unit.
3. User should prepare all the necessary accessories and spare parts (Spare parts not provided) including junction box.
4. The raised lighting must be connected to the earth ground.
5. Terminal block not included. Installation must be performed by a certified person.
6. Before the wiring the luminaire and ensure that voltage indicated on the rating label corresponds with the mains voltage.
7. Before installation, you must carefully check the integrity of the product and ensure there is no damage.
8. Don’t switch the power when connecting the wire.
9. The streetlight is only suitable for installation of seven meters and the height of seven meters above the ground.
10. The input and the output connection mode must need an IP65 waterproof connector to connect (suitable for line 0.75MM square – 1.5MM square) as shown in figure.

11. The streetlight belongs to outdoor category, installing in indoor environment is only suitable when there is air circulation, temperature range should be no more than -20 to 40 ° C
12. During the process of installation/maintenance, please pay attention to protecting the surface of the streetlight and ensure that the fitting is installed properly to the light pole using M8 screw, Note: The screw torque is less than 8 N.m.
13. The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable, when the light source reaches its end of life the whole luminaire should be replaced.
14. If the external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire is damaged, it shall be exclusively replaced by the manufacturer or his service agent or a similar qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
15. Wiring instructions: The power should be connected to binding post inside the junction box, which IP grade should be higher than the lmap’s IP grade. And the junction box should have fasten device for the wires. Inside terminal block shall conform to EN 60998-2-1 or EN 60998-2-2 (specification: three terminals, atleast 250V and 1.5mm2)
16. Replace any cracked protective shield.

Strictly follow these instructions for installing, avoid the intensity of power cable during installing.

This marking indicates that this product should not be disposed of with other household wastes.
Caution, risk of electric shock.

INSTALLATION

1. Switch Off the power before starting the installation.
2. Connect the wiring (brown wire to Live wire, the blue line to Neutral wire, yellow/green line to ground wire) to the luminaire as displayed in the wiring diagram. Please make sure to use 3 core power cord and ensure the ground wire must be grounded.
3. Loosen the M8 screws using the screwdriver and install the streetlight on the pole. Then tighten the M8 screws and ensure the streetlight is properly installed on the pole.
4. Switch On the power to test the light.
