Use of the Cooking Thermometer

USE OF THE COOKING THERMOMETER
  • * The temperature sensor tip should be pierced at least 5cm/2″ into the thickest part of the meat, but not near bone or cartilage. Thanks to the two connections and temperature sensors, it is possible to measure two pieces of meat or two parts of the same piece of meat.
    • If the food is prepared in the oven, make sure that the sensor cannot be pulled out before closing the oven. The device itself must be plated outside the oven and not on a hot surface, as it is not heat resistant.
    • When the food has reached the desired temperature, an acoustic signal sounds – press any button to stop the signal and disconnect the temperature sensors from the device. Important: Please first remove the sensors from the device before removing the food from the oven.
    • Do not touch the probe or wire with your bare hands after cooking. Always wear heat-resistant hand protection.
