GENERAL DESCRIPTION
In the event of an alarm, the Smart Remote flashes quickly and it was designed to remotely control the Wireless Alarm Family of CAVIUS. Flashlight function to locate escape routes at night.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Batteries must be handled with care and battery-powered devices must be kept out of the reach of children. Don’t try to recharge or burn the batteries.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The Smart Remote can be used with the alarms of the Wireless Alarm Family by
CAVIUS.

HOW TO CONNECT TO THE ALARM FAMILY WIRELESS:
Open
the battery compartment by pressing button a pressure. Insert the batteries
into the battery compartment respecting the polarities.
Slide the learning switch on position “Learning mode”. The
Smart Remote will enter learning mode.
All alarms that need to be connected to the Smart Remote in the house must be put in “Learning mode” by sliding the switch of each device to the position “Learning Mode”.
The flashlight will turn on to indicate that it has been “Learning mode” is selected.
Note: Do not take out the batteries during “Mode learning” as this will
interrupt the process of learning.
Press and hold the test button on an alarm, at your choice, until it beeps and the LED flashes. This alarm will become the master it will start sending a specific house code to the others alarms.
When other alarms will receive the house code specific, they will
also start flashing their own Red LEDs.
When all alarms

LEARNING” And installed.

INSTALLATION:
The body of the Smart Remote has a built-in magnet, so it can be installed on a plate metallic mounted on the wall, or on a refrigerator or other surfaces metallic.

TEST FUNCTION:

ALARM MODE:

The CAVIUS Wireless family has two different alarm signals:
Alarm signal 1 (— — —) indicates alarms related to life or death situations, such as a smoke alarm.
Alarm signal 2 (— — —) indicates no alarms related to life-and-death situations, such as an alarm flooding.

Remember that only the source alarm LED flashes, so you can be identified. -
HOW TO SILENCE AN ALARM USING THE SMART REMOTE:
** When the wireless alarm family alarms go into alarm, they can be silenced by briefly pressing the end button of the Smart remote.
• During the first 30 seconds of an alarm: press the red end button e once the remote stops ringing and vibrating, the LED keeps flashing. The remote control is now waiting to send the silence signal That Yes will start automatically within 30 seconds.
• After 30 seconds of alarm: Press once red end button and remote control will send a silence signal for 13 seconds.
