Ceanstains or soiled areas immediately using the DY ins tructions bud on Lowes comcarpetcare. f after DIY cleaning, the stained area (s) or soiled areas) have not improved, you will need to promptly commis ion a professional hot water extraction cleaning (at your expense; these ma insurance costs will not be reimbursed). Make sure you e ep receipts from all process io ral hot-wa ter extraction cleanings. Proof of professional hot-water extraction cleaning s required to be covered under these limited warranties. F the probe still remains a fter the professional hot water extraction cleaning. you must contact the STA INMASTER Support Team within 30 days of the professional hot-water extraction cleaning to file your claim.
