IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
- Make sure that the voltage indicated on your appliance corresponds with the main voltage in your home. Our company shall not be held liable for any failures owing to any discrepancy and such failures shall not be covered by the guarantee.
- Your device is for household use only. Do not use outdoors for commercial or industrial purposes. Otherwise, inconvenient uses shall not be covered by the guarantee.
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- To prevent harming your appliance do not use extension cords that supply insufficient current.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacture or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
- ALWAYS unplug your appliance from outlet when not in use and before putting in or taking off any accessories and before cleaning and maintenance.
- NEVER use your appliance in wet surfaces and outside your home for vacuuming fluids, such as water etc.
- CAUTION: Do not use your appliance for absorbing any flammable liquids such as gasoline, thinner, alcohol, kerosene, etc., as well as abrasive liquids (such as acids, etc.) Do not let your appliance absorb burning cigarettes, active cigarette ashes or matchsticks. Do not attempt to remove any sharp objects such as glasses, etc.
- Ensure not to move the appliance over its cord, which may damage to the insulation of the unit. Do not carry your appliance by its cord.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner, such as by dropping down, etc. Do not attempt to repair it by yourself. Immediately contact an Arzum Authorized Service.
- NEVER use your vacuum cleaner without filters, dust reservoir or dust bag.
- Contact your Arzum Authorized Service for examination, repair and spare parts, and use original spares, accessories and dust bags only.
How to mount / remove the hose:
- Press the buttons on the hose and its fastened nozzle and push forward them to insert the hose to the housing on the hose end inlet and rotate it to click.
- To remove the hose, turn it left or right in the housing and pull towards yourself
How to mount / remove the telescopic tube and accessories:
- Fit the telescopic tube onto the handle at the end of the hose. While pressing the grey button in the direction as shown by the arrow, adjust the height of the telescopic tube by pushing or taking out it.
- Install an appropriate accessory onto the end of the suction tube.
The Adjustable Carpet / Floor Brush:
It is used for dry cleaning of both hard and soft surfaces. You can clean the hard surfaces when the brush is out and you can clean the softer surfaces such as carpet etc. when your brush is in. By pressing the “switch on” button of the adjustable carpet/floor brush, make the brush to get inside or outside
Turbo Brush:
Turbo brush is equipped with a rotating brush system that runs with air flow. The rotating movement of the brush collects the items on the surface you are cleaning. Further, materials such as threads and fiber on the carpet or floor are easier to clean thanks to the brush. Do not use the turbo brush more than necessary to clean an area. Move the turbo brush in the direction of the flow of the carpet, otherwise the carpet may be damaged. If any blockage occurs in the brush and channel while cleaning the small parts, turn off your vacuum immediately and clean the parts causing the blockage. When using the turbo brush, NEVER touch the rotating brush.
Soft Brushed Apparatus:
Designed for removing dust easily during deep cleaning.
Crevice Tool:
It is used to clean especially narrow places which may be difficult to reach, including armchair corners, radiator gaps, wall- ends and- corners, etc.
Accessory Case:
Soft brushed crevice tool and small sofa brush are in the case on the product. It provides youto store your accessories comfortably.
ADJUSTING SUCTIONING POWER OF YOUR APPLIANCE
Electronic Setting of Suctioning Power:
It is possible to set the suction power gradually according to the place you want to clean. You can increase or decrease the power by using the suction power adjustment button which is placed on the body.
USING YOUR APPLIANCE
WARNING:
Before operating your vacuum cleaner make sure that the filters, dust reservoir or the dust bag is placed in its place
- Before using your appliance extend its mains cable to the proper length and plug in the wall socket. The yellow tape appears on the cord shows the ideal cable length. NEVER expend the cable beyond the red mark.
- Press the On / Off button upper the main body and operate your appliance. To finish your operation, press the On / Off button again and turn off your appliance.
- After disconnecting the mains plug from power supply, you can press the cord rewinding button to draw the cord.
CLEANING AND CARE
- Before you start cleaning and care the vacuum cleaner make sure that your appliance is off and the plug is pulled out of the socket.
- Wipe the body and inside of your appliance with a damp cloth and dry them. Do not use scrubbing agents and solvents.
Replacing the dust bag
- Take the hose out of the inlet hole. Open the upper cover and remove the dust bag out with its dust bag carrier.
- The textile dust bag is washable and reusable, please empty the dust bag carefully and prepare it again for usage.
- In case of a paper dust bag usage, you have to replace the dust bag with a new one. Please replace the new bag into its supporter.
- Close the cover again after you have replaced the dust bag.
IMPORTANT:
THE USAGE OF UNORIGINAL DUST BAGS CAN DAMAGE YOUR APPLIANCE!
Always use original spare parts, accessories (hose, cleaning nozzle etc) and consumables (dust bag, filter etc.). Defects caused by such appliances shall be processed out of the guarantee. You can supply the original accessories and consumables from Arzum Authorized Services.
WARNING:
When the dust bag is not in its place and the upper cover is not closed completely, your vacuum cleaner shall not operate.
Dust Bag Full Indicator
- Going on of indicator lamb or decrease of suctioning power considerably indicate that the time for replacing dust bag is due
CAUTION:
If the indicator is still on even after placing a new dust bag, please check the following cases:
- Telescopic tube, hose, suctioning nozzle, or sweeping nozzle may be plugged.
- Motor protection filter or air outlet filter may get dirty.
- NEVER operate your vacuum cleaner before the indicator comes to the normal status
REPLACING THE FILTERS
Changing Hepa Air Outlet Filter
- Hepa filter provides cleaning with better quality for ones having respiratorydisturbances, children and allergic people. Hepa filter is a useful, superior filter.
- Hepa filter must be cleaned regularly. (You can shake the Hepa filter to clean.) It is recommended to replace the filter with a new one to achieve high performance from the vacuum cleaners.
To renew filters, you may call on Arzum Authorized Service.
Replacing the Air Inlet Filter
- The filter is in the dust bag section and protects the motor from dust.
- Release the catch of the front cover and open it. Pull the filter out of filter guard.
- If the air inlet filter is hardened, you can wash the filter with mild water. After cleaning, allow it to dry completely.
- Replace the filter after every 6th dust bag changes.
- NEVER operate your vacuum cleaner without the air inlet (motor protection) filter.
NOTE: In order to change filters and new dust bag, apply to Arzum Authorized Service.

- During handling and shipment, your appliance must be kept in original package in order to prevent damages to its parts.
- Keep at normal position during shipment.
- Do not drop the product when transporting and protect from impacts.
- After delivery of the product, failures and damages that may occur while transporting are not covered by warranty.
