TIP: Sprinkle some salt on the baking plate to prevent the food from sticking.
o Do not use sharp utensils to turn or (re)move the food as they could damage the non-stick coating of the baking plates and the pans. -

TIP: only add the herbs after baking to get full flavor
TIP: put the dough, the sauce and all ingredients on the table. You can bake the pizza on the spatula or directly on the lower plate. Add some flower to the underside of the pizza to prevent sticking and place it on the spatula. (don’t prepare the pizza on your place and then try to slide it on the pizza spatula). Cover the bottom with tomato sauce and add the rest of the ingredients. Stay half a centimeter away from the edges of the pizza. Do not add olive oil on the pizza. Slide the spatula underneath the upper heating plate and slide the pizza on the lower plate. Putting too much on the pizza will result in a longer baking time and for instance too much mozzarella will flow of the pizza on the baking plate and this could burn. Therefore, don’t add too much ingredients on your pizza! The baking time depends on the sort of dough, ingredients, number of pizzas that are baked simultaneously. -
