DESCRIPTION

  • HR5K is used for external temperature setpoint, connecting to controllers HRK1 and HRK3.
  • HRK5 is designed for indoor installation.

TRANSPORTING

  • All products are packed by the producer for normal transporting conditions.
  • For unloading and storing use the proper lifter to prevent product damage.
  • Do not lift the product by power supply cable, or connection box.
  • Avoid impacts and impact loads.
  • Until installation store products in a dry place: Humidity 70% (20°C), temperature 5-40°C.
  • Avoid long-term storing. It is not recommended to store products for more than 1 year.

INSTALLATION

  • Electrical connection and service can be made only by a qualified electrician according to legal international and national electrical installation standards.
  • Electrical connection must be done according to the connection diagram.

Dear Client,
As we pay special attention to the quality of the devices, we will be grateful for any comments, references, or suggestions regarding technical properties and operating devices distributed by us. In order to avoid any misunderstandings, please read the installation and operating instructions carefully. Number the serial number of the device, indicated on the metal plate attached to the device or on the sticker on the device casing, should correspond to the number indicated on the confirmation of a guarantee. The confirmation of the warranty is valid only if it correctly indicates the device model and serial number, date of sale, the protective sticker on the panel of the electric box is not damaged, and the seller’s seals and the buyer’s signature are legible. Data indicated on the confirmation of warranty, it is not allowed to change, delete, or rewritten, because such confirmation is invalid. Hereby acknowledgment of the granted warranty Ventia sp. z o.o. confirms the guarantor’s obligations under the sales regulations and the Civil Code. The guarantee is given to the customer by name and no maybe stay transferred on another subject. Ventia sp. With o.o. keeps law down refusal award free handling warranty in case of violations the conditions listed below warranty.

TERMS OF WARRANTY

  1. Pursuant to Art. 558 § 1 of the Civil Code, the warranty for the product is excluded.

  2. Ventia Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Raszyn (05-090) at ul. Słowikowskiego 81, entered into the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division, under the number KRS 0000342440 (hereinafter referred to as Ventia sp.z o.o.), as the GUARANTOR, simultaneously grants the Customer (the entity purchasing directly the product covered by the warranty from Ventia sp.z o.o., hereinafter referred to as the Customer) a warranty for a period of 24 months from the date of installation of the product, however, not longer than 27 months from the date of sale (also if the installation date is not marked in the confirmation of guarantee). Each time, the warranty period ends no later than 36 months from the production date. Granting a guarantee under the above conditions is confirmed by issuing an appropriate personal confirmation to the Customer. This confirmation is basically an invoice. Upon request, Ventia Sp. z o.o. will issue to the Customer a personal confirmation of the guarantee in the form of a guarantee card

  3. Ventia Sp. z o.o. provides the Customer with a warranty against manufacturing defects of the device. The warranty does not cover device malfunctions caused by installation or operation errors. In particular, inconsistent with its intended use or operation under operating conditions for which the device is not designed.

  4. The warranty covers the KOMFOVENT / DANTHERM / STAVOKLIMA / HAVACO / ALPICAIR brand products imported to Poland by Ventia Sp. z o.o.

  5. The Customer undertakes to inform the persons to whom he resells the Product (product user) that he should first report all defects of the Product to the installation company or the company reselling the device because only the Customer can effectively submit claims under the warranty.

  6. The Customer undertakes to inform the persons to whom he resells the Product about the Product User’s obligations contained in the sales regulations of Ventia Sp. z o.o. and these Warranty Conditions.

  7. In order to find a manufacturing defect or warranty damage to the device within the warranty period, Ventia Sp. z o.o. may request that the Customer enable remote support. Under the concept of enabling remote support, Ventia Sp. z o.o. understands connecting the device to the Internet connection and enabling remote connection for the Ventia employee using an indirect program. Ventia sp.z o.o. may also request the Customer to verify with the user of the product that the reported defect is a manufacturing defect, and not solely due to faulty assembly, improper use or any other reason.

  8. z o.o. provides within 14 days free of charge spare parts necessary to remove the defect or repair carried out through the factory service in Poland. If spare parts are provided, the repair service is provided by the Customer. The damaged parts are to be sent back to Ventia Sp. z o.o. with an appropriate description. If the damaged parts are not returned within 14 days, Ventia Sp. z o.o. will be entitled to issue a VAT invoice to the Customer for the spare parts provided for warranty repair. Ventia Sp. Z o.o. decides how to repair the device, i.e. to provide spare parts or repair through the service at the user’s site.

  9. The applicant is obliged to ensure free access to the device in order to carry out service works. The service technician has the right to refuse a warranty or post-warranty repair if the place or method of installation of the device prevents access to it or prevents effective repair of the device. The applicant is obliged to provide appropriate tools, e.g. a ladder, scaffolding, etc. if it is necessary to carry out service works. Failure to provide adequate access to the device results in a refusal to repair and charging the reporting company with the costs of travel and work of the service technician.

  10. The deadline for providing parts or repairing the device may be extended up to 30 days if it is necessary to import parts or components needed to repair the device from abroad;

  11. In individual cases, the repair of the device takes place in the Service Department at the premises of Venetia Sp. z o.o. Proper protection of the product for transport and the cost of shipment to Ventia Sp. z o.o. is on the client’s side. Ventia Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to decide to repair the device in the Service Department at the headquarters of Ventia Sp. z o.o. or on the object on which it is mounted.

  12. To maintain the rights resulting from the warranty, the installation of the devices must be performed by an authorized installation company, in accordance with the intended use of the device and the assembly and operating instructions. In the case of repairing the device through the factory service, the Customer is obliged to provide free access to the device to the service technician in accordance with point 9.

  13. The user is obliged to carry out at least 2 service inspections of the purchased device during the year. These inspections should be performed in the fall-winter and winter-spring periods. The inspections are payable and must be performed by qualified companies. The customer is obliged to maintain the device, in particular, to periodically replace the air filters (if any). Each service inspection is recorded in the confirmation of the warranty, and refusal to do so results in the loss of the warranty. Ventia Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to request copies of the payment documents for the periodic inspections carried out and to refuse to recognize the guarantee in the case of the lack of the above-mentioned documents or refusal to present them.

  14. The warranty does not cover:
    • damage or improper operation of the device resulting from errors made during assembly or incorrectly designed installation,
    • improper functioning of the device as a result of use contrary to its intended use or inconsistent with the assembly and operating instructions,
    • the effects of random events (force majeure) and other circumstances specific to a given facility, for which the manufacturer is not responsible, e.g. damage during transport, lightning strike, mechanical damage, power network surges, moisture in the device, voltage drops, etc. 1,513 / 5,000
    • damage resulting from failure to comply with the operating conditions and maintenance of the equipment,
    • damage resulting from failure to perform the activities specified in the operating manual, as activities to be performed by the user (e.g. replacement of filters),
    • claims for technical parameters of the equipment, unless they are they do not comply with the parameters given in the technical documentation;
    • devices that have been assembled, modified or repaired by unqualified personnel,
    • devices for which mandatory periodic technical inspections have not been performed – at least twice a year,
    • cases of illegible or inaccurate warranty cards;
    • devices without legible factory serial numbers,
    • devices with changes to the design of the device.

  15. In the event of unjustified claims under the warranty, the applicant is obliged to cover the costs of considering the complaint, travel costs and factory service works. The device is repaired at the expense of the applicant. 

  16. Ventia Sp. z o.o. is not responsible for operational damages and damages resulting from the operation of the device (it concerns e.g. flooding with condensate, etc.). Ventia sp.z o.o. is not responsible for direct or indirect damage to people, pets or property, if the cause of such damage is a violation of the rules and conditions of operation and installation of the device, intentional or careless behavior of users or third parties.

  17. Confirmation of granting a guarantee meets the requirements of the guarantor, if it is filled in completely, legibly, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  18. The customer is obliged to submit claims under the warranty within 7 days of noticing a defect in the goods. Reports are accepted only in electronic form via the failure report form, which is available at www.ventia.pl. The customer is obliged to deliver the equipment to the headquarters of Ventia Sp. z o.o., after consultation with Ventia Sp. z o.o. the method and date of delivery, unless Ventia Sp. z o.o. will perform an assessment and repair at the Customer’s place. Ventia Sp. z o.o. will consider the warranty within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notification of the claim and inform the Customer in writing or via e-mail or by phone about the recognition or non-recognition of the Customer’s claims. Product defects will be removed by Venetia Sp. Z o.o. without undue delay. The customer will be notified about the date of repair by Ventia Sp. z o.o. in writing or via e-mail or by phone. 

  19. In the event of an unjustified call to the Website, the Customer / Applicant undertakes to cover the cost of the Website’s travel in the amount of PLN 2.55 / km + VAT and service works in the amount of PLN 200.00 / h + VAT for each started hour. The minimum charge for the service’s journey is PLN 190.00 + VAT. The service travel is each time counted according to the principle of the seat of Ventia Sp. z o.o. -> place of repair -> headquarters of Ventia Sp. z o.o. In the event of a failure as a result of factors other than manufacturing defects – in particular: operating errors, lack of periodic maintenance services, incorrect installation of the product, inadequate installation, electrical overvoltage, moisture in the device, failure due to the lack of continuous operation of the device – the repair takes place on the basis of cost of the Customer / Applicant.

  20. In the case of the sale of spare parts after the warranty period, Ventia Sp. z o.o. provides a guarantee for them, the length of which depends on the guarantee provided by the manufacturer.

  21. The guarantee is granted on the condition that the Customer is not in arrears with any payments to Venetia sp.z o.o. In the event that the Customer is in arrears with the payment, Ventia sp.z o.o. reserves the right to refuse warranty repairs and shipping of spare parts.
