Product Operating Instructions

Press and hold the key to start the device, and the indicator above the key is always on after starting the device.
Short press the key the massage mode, the default relaxation mode is on, and the eye hot therapy function is on.

There are five massage modes in the eye massager, named as: Relaxation mode, Eye beauty mode, Sleep mode, Comprehensive mode and the Heating mode.

Mode 1: Relaxation mode, with vibration, music and eye hot therapy function, voice prompt for different mode: Relaxation mode.
Mode 2: eye beauty mode, with vibration, music and eye hot therapy function, voice prompt for different mode: eye beauty mode.
Mode 3: sleep mode, with vibration, music and eye hot therapy function, voice prompt for different mode: sleep mode.
Mode 4: comprehensive mode, with vibration, music and eye hot therapy function, voice prompt for different mode: comprehensive mode.
Mode 5: heating mode, no vibration and music, separate hot therapy function, voice prompt for different mode: heating mode

Short press the key can turn music on/off.
Short press the key can turn on/off the heating function. (Note: the key cannot be used in heating mode)
Long press the key to enable the Bluetooth function. The Bluetooth name of the phone is 3D EYE MAGIC
TAPPING. After enabling Bluetooth, you can check it on the mobile phone

After successful connection to this device, there will be a voice prompt of “successful Bluetooth connection”.
You can play the audio files in your phone through this device. Whenever next time you turn on the device, the last used device will be automatically connected.

*Note: The default working time of power on is 15 minutes.
If you need to extend the service time, you need to turn on the host again.

Wearing method

Before wearing, please align the massage head with your eyes and adjust the elastic belt to the most comfortable position before starting the machine.
The elastic belt adjustment mode is shown in the figure below

Product charging

If it is used for the first time or has not been used for a long time, please charge it as follows:

1. The USB cable in the accessory should be plugged into the charging socket on the bottom left side of the product

2. Insert the USB cable into the power adapter and connect the power
   

3. After charging starts, the red indicator light above the switch key of the product flashes.

4. After the device is fully charged, the charging indicator turns to a steady blue light, and the indicator turns off after continuing to charge for 3 minutes. Please unplug the power supply in time after the product is fully charged.
   *Note: Do not use this product during charging.
   The blue indicator will flash when the power of the product is low. Please charge the battery in time after the indicator is on.

Troubleshooting

Please confirm whether the starting operation of the device is standardized (press and hold the key for more than 1 second).
Unable to charge or short battery life| If the device cannot be started at a particularly high or low ambient temperature, please charge it at 10-40 ℃.
Please check whether the USB connection cable and the host power adapter are in good contact.
When charging for the first time or not using for a long time, please fully charge before using.
The device cannot be charged during startup. Please turn off the power before charging
The device will automatically stop working 15 minutes after use, which is a normal phenomenon. If you need to continue using it, you can turn on the power again.
Please confirm whether the eye massager is in a low power state. If the battery is low, please charge it before use.
Bluetooth pairing issue| Please ensure that the distance between the device and the Bluetooth device is less than 1meter.
Please ensure that the Bluetooth function of the Bluetooth device is normal and enabled.
For Bluetooth settings, please read the user manual of the Bluetooth device.
No sound after Bluetooth connection| Please increase the volume of the Bluetooth device
Please ensure that there is no obstacle between the device and the Bluetooth device and that they are close to each other.
Broken sound/noise/ Bluetooth connection is interrupted halfway| Please reduce the volume of the Bluetooth device
Please keep away from microwave oven, wireless router, TV, radio and other appliances that may interfere with Bluetooth signal.
Please turn off the equalizer setting of the Bluetooth device.
Please ensure that the device is close to the Bluetooth device
Please ensure that the device and Bluetooth device are fully charged.

*Note: If the problem still exists after following the above steps, please cut off the power and contact the customer service.

Maintenance and Storage Method after its use

Maintenance method

1. Be sure to unplug the power cable or cord before maintenance.
2. Do not use detergent, thinner, gasoline or other chemicals to wipe.
3. When the device is dirty, it can be wiped with a dry soft cloth or dry towel to avoid washing in running water or other liquids.
4. After each use, please clean the massage head in time. When the massage head is particularly dirty, wipe or disinfect it with a soft cloth dipped in a small quantity of medically approved cleaner.
5. Please do not disassemble, repair or modify this product without permission to avoid accidents or failures

Storage Method

1. Be sure to unplug the power supply during storage.
2. Please do not keep it in a damp place or a place exposed to direct sunlight.
3. If the product is not used for a long time, please fully charge the product and put it in the storage bag, then put it in a dry and ventilated place.
4. Do not store it in a place where infants or pets can touch it.
5. Do not fold the device for storage. Long term folding storage may wrinkle or damage the product.
6. Please do not place it on cloth, paper products or wooden furniture that are easy to fade.

Warning!

Before removing the battery, make sure the device is powered off.
Do not short circuit the battery to prevent it from burning and causing fire.
Do not put the battery into fire to prevent explosion or release of toxic substances.

Battery Removal Procedure:

1. Open the equipment shell with a tool.
2. Unscrew the screws at the circuit board.
3. Use scissors to cut the positive and negative terminal connecting wires of the battery in turn (the positive and negative terminal connecting wires of the battery shall be cut off in turn, and ensure that the positive and negative lead terminals are not stuck to avoid short circuit).
4. Remove the battery.

Warranty and after-sales service

l Within 7 days from the date of purchase, if there is a product quality problem, you can get back the payment or replace the same product immediately to the invoice price.
l In case of any product quality problem within 15 days from the date of purchase, you can replace the same product.
l We can provide you with warranty service in case of product quality problems within 12 months from the date of purchase.
