Charge case

Pairing for operating
Step 1. Pick up the earphones from the charge case separately or long touch
earphones to turn them on, they will be automatically paired; After the
pairing is successful, one earphone’s LED will flash red and blue, and the
other earphone will not flash.
Step2. At this point, open the mobile phone’s Bluetooth to search “P RO 4n
then connect with it.
Turn on the earphone
- Method A. Touch and hold touch area for 2 seconds.
- Method B. Take out earphones from the charge case, they will automatically power on, and enter automatic pairing.
- When the earphones connect to the same device again, open the lid of charge case it will turn on automatically then reconnect with the device, voice prompt” Connected”.
Turn off the earphone
- Method A. Touch and hold touch area for 5 seconds.
- Method B. Put earphones into the charge case, they will automatically shut down and enter charging.
- When the earphone disconnected for 3 minutes, it will automatically turn off.
Calling
When connected with mobile phone, touch once any earphone to answer current
call. Long touch for 2 seconds then release to reject the call. If you want to
end the current call, touch once any earphone to stop.
Warning:
- To ensure the battery life of the earphone, the earphones and the charge case should be charged once in a month.
- When charging with charge case please use the 5V/1A charger. Please don’t use the fast charger with over SV, to avoid damage on the charge case.
FAQ
A. When the earphones can’t be turned on
Check if the earphone has power (after the charge case is connected to the
USB, and the earphone is charged in the charge case for more than 1 hour).
B. When the earphones have only one side sound or earphones can’t pair successfully
- Make sure that both earphones are powered and can be turned on normally.
- When the earphones are in the off state, press the earphones touch area for 7 times to restore the factory settings.
- Touch 2 seconds to turn on the earphones or take the earphone out of the charge case(when the charge case is powered ) the earphone will power on automatically, then you can connect with the device.
When the mobile phone cannot find the device
- Confirm that the two earphones are turned on.
- Check if the earphone is connected to other devices.
- Change a clear area and reconnect it again.
When the earphone is stuck or disconnect while talking or playing music
- The earphone is low on battery.
- The distance between the mobile phone and the earphone is more than 10 meters.
- There is large area of signal obstruction between the mobile phone and the earphone, such as a wall.
- The left and right ears are not paired and synchronized, and need to be shut down and re-paired.
Attention
- Please don’t change the built-in battery by yourself.
- Please don’t get the earphones under wet or rainy place.
- Keep away from direct or indirect heat to avoid battery accidents.
- Please don’t disassemble the earphones if unprofessional.
