Cordless multi-chopper Chop & Go
Important instructions for operation
Operation:
-
Assemble the appliance as described under „Assembly“.
Use of the accessories:
• Use the blade unit for chopping vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, tofu, nuts, etc.
• Use the emulsifying disc for blending and whipping dressings, dips, scrambled eggs and cream -
During use, hold the motor unit with one hand and press the desired speed button with the other hand.
Attention!
Due to the high start-up speed, the motor unit may move on the container attachment at the beginning. Because of this, always fix the motor unit with one hand!

When you release the speed button, the appliance stops working.

After use, wait until the blade unit or the emulsifying disc stops before removing the motor unit.

Remove the blade unit or emulsifying disc carefully and empty the glass container using the spatula.

If necessary, place the storage lid on the glass container.
Choice of speed level:
You have the choice between 2 speed levels. Use speed I or II depending on the selected food and desired consistency.
Speed I
- Chopping soft fruits and vegetables, e.g. banana, onion, garlic
- Blending of e.g. scrambled eggs, dressings etc.
Speed II
- Chopping hard fruits (without seeds), hard vegetables (such as carrots), meat, nuts etc.
- Whipping of e.g. cream
Please note:
In order not to overheat the motor, the starting speed of speed 1 and speed 2
is identical when starting. After approx. 3 seconds, the blade unit /
emulsifying disk rotates more slowly in speed 1 than in speed 2.
Cleaning of the accessories:

Pre-rinsing: Fill approx. 200 ml of lukewarm water (when using the emulsifying disc) or 400 ml of lukewarm water (when using the blade unit) into the glass container and add one drop of a mild detergent.
Operate the appliance on speed 1 for approx. 20 seconds. -
Separate the blade units from each other by turning blade unit A counter-clockwise and detaching it from blade unit B.

All accessories can be cleaned in warm dishwater. The accessories, apart from the glass container, are dish- washer-safe. Dry the parts well after rinsing.
