Guide

Getting Started

  1. Pairing the All Road Wireless Push-to-Talk Button with the 75 All Road CB Radio.
    The 75 All Road CB Radio is designed to work with the All Road Wireless Push- to-Talk Button to enable hands-free communication while wearing a Bluetooth headset (sold separately).
    Pairing Instructions:

  2. Push and release the PTT Button to initiate the pairing process.

  3. Connect to the PTT button from the 75 All Road Handset: MENU»BLUETOOTH»PAIR»WIRELESS PTT »PAIR.

  4. A pop-up window displays “Pair to Wireless PTT” when in range.

  5. The PTT button will automatically pair with the 75 All Road CB Radio.
    NOTE: Only the All Road Wireless PTT Button will work with the 75 All Road CB Radio for a handsfree or remote PTT solution.

  6. Disconnecting the All Road Wireless Push-to-Talk Button with the 75 All Road CB Radio.

  7. Disconnect the PTT button from the 75 All Road menu: MENU»BLUETOOTH »WIRELESS PTT»DISCONNECT DEV.

  8. Transmitting and Receiving CB Communications
    Push-to-Talk is activated by by the following methods to communicate via the 75 All Road CB Radio:

  9. Press and hold the PTT button on the 75 All Road CB Radio Handset.

  10. Press and hold the Wireless PTT Button (while paired to the All Road CB Radio).

  11. Press and hold the PTT Button while using a Wireless Headset (both paired to the 75 All Road CB Radio.

  12. One-Touch Transmitting
    One Touch Transmitting is a battery-saving feature that is enabled in the BLUETOOTH Menu options in the 75 All Road CB Radio.
    To turn One Touch Transmitting ON:

  13. Open the MENU options on the All Road MENU. Select BLUETOOTH » PAIR » WIRELESS PTT » ONE TOUCH PTT » select ON to enable the feature.

  14. Once ON, you can press and release the PTT Button to transmit, and then press and release the button again when communication is complete.
    NOTE: Do not hold down the PTT Button while talking when in ONE
    TOUCH mode. One quick press is all you need.

  15. If you would like to turn One Touch Transmitting OFF, walk through step 1 above and select OFF.

  16. Using your Wireless PTT Button with a Bluetooth Headset
    Your 75 All Road CB Radio can be used with a Bluetooth headset. The All Road PTT Button allows you to easily communicate through your headset by
    giving you the same push-to-talk control that the handset provides. With the All Road Wireless Push-to-Talk Button, your headset becomes the microphone and the All Road PTT Button becomes the push-to-talk control.
    Together, your BLUETOOTH headset and All Road Wireless PTT Button provides a hands-free communications system while driving.
    Set-up Instructions:

  17. Pair your All Road PTT Button with the 75 All Road CB Radio as instructed in the Pairing section of this guide.

  18. Pair your Bluetooth headset to the 75 All Road CB Radio by selecting HEADSET in the BLUETOOTH Menu options.

  19. Once both devices are paired, transmitting is controlled via the PTT Button.
    NOTE: Only the Cobra All Road Wireless Push-to-Talk Button can be used as a remote push-to-talk option while using the 75 All Road CB Radio.

Charging Your All Road PTT Button

NOTE: Fully charge your All Road PTT Button before use.
When the LED indicator is blinking red, the battery level is low and it is time to charge the PTT button.

  1. Plug the USB charging cable into the charging port labeled “USB” on the side on the PTT button.
  2. The LED will turn red while charging and turn off when the PTT is fully charged.

Charging takes up to 1.5 hours. Battery life is approximately 48 hours when used 1-2 hours per day.
For optimal performance, charge the PTT button when not in use.

Mounting Your All Road PTT Button

A velcro strap is included with the wireless PTT button to secure to a steering wheel, gearshift, or other accessible location.

  1. Thread the velcro strap through the rings on the button with the plush side of the strap facing up (as shown).
  2. Wrap the button around the steering wheel or other accessible location.

NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
– Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
– Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
-Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
-Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.

1 Year Warranty

Warranty Terms:
Cobra warrants your product against all defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Cobra, at our sole discretion, will repair or replace your product (with the same or comparable product) free of charge.
Cobra will not pay shipping charges that you incur for sending your product to us. Products received COD will be refused.
To make a warranty claim, we will require proof or purchase in the form of an invoice or receipt.
No proof of purchase is required for factory direct purchases.

Warranty Exclusions: Warranty does not apply to your product under any of the following conditions: 1. The serial number has been removed or modified. 2. Your product has been subjected to misuse or damage (including water damage, physical abuse, and/or improper installation). 3. Your product has been modified in any way. 4. Your receipt or proof-of-purchase is from a non- authorized dealer or internet auction site including E-bay, U-bid, or other nonauthorized resellers.
LIMITATION OF WARRANTY: EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, YOU ARE ACQUIRING THE PRODUCT “AS IS” AND “WHERE IS”, WITHOUT REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY. General Warranty Information
Each product we manufacture is covered by our factory warranty. While each product may have unique components and policy, the general guideline below will apply to most Cobra products.

All Cobra products purchased factory-direct or from our Authorized Resellers will come with a full one to three (1 -3) year warranty from the date of the original retail purchase (see policy statement above for full warranty details and exclusions).

Standard accessories packaged with each model will have a one-year factory warranty.
Accessory items have a one-year factory warranty.
Shipping to our facility is not covered in our warranty. Return shipping is included within the US.
This warranty is non-transferrable.
For the sake of clarity, ‘repair or replace the Product or its defective part’ does not include removal or installation work, costs or expenses which include but are not limited to labor costs or expenses.
Cobra will not be responsible for lost packages.
