Charging Box

Plug the USB charging cable into the USB Micro charging port to charge the box.

When the power of the earphone is low, the red light flashes, and hear a low- battery voice every 2 minutes. When the earbuds in the charging box, it will automatically turn off. The red light of earphone is always on when charging, and the red light will be off when it is fully charged.

Power on/ Power off

Power on and Power off Automatically
Power on
Open the box, take out the earphones, two earphones are turned on at the same time, the red and blue lights flash alternately for a few seconds and they can be automatically paired.

Power off
Put the earphones into the charging box and close the box, they will power off automaticatly and start to be charged.

Power on and Power off Manually
Manually power on: Press and hold the answer button for 4 seconds until the blue light of the indicator light flashes and then release it, and you will hear the power-on prompt sound.
Manually power off: Press and hold the button for 4 seconds to turn off the earbuds. The red indicator will stay on for 2 seconds with a prompt sound. It will automatically shut down if there is no operation within 3 minutes after it is turned on.

Bluetooth Connection

Binaural Mode
After the earbuds connect with each other successfully, the red and blue lights of one earphone will quickly flash, the light of another earbud will be off, activate the Bluetooth of the device and search for “D19”. Select it on the list to connect. The lights of both earphones will be off when connect successfully
Single Mode
Take out one earbud, it will turn on and the red and blue light will flash quickly, activate the Bluetooth of the device and search for “D19”, Select it on the list to connect.
When you want another earbud to connect device B, keep the distance of both earbuds more than 10 meters, repeat above steps to connect.

Other instructions

1. The earbuds will re-connect the last paired smart phone automatically once they power on.
2. If you want to connect them with another device, please turn off the Bluetooth of the last paired device and then the earbuds will be available for pairing with a new device.
3. Put the earbuds back in the charging box and they will charge automatically.
4. The earbuds will power off automatically in 5 minutes if they do not connect to any Bluetooth devices.
5. Quick press the button 5 times on any earbud to clear the pairing memory in it.

Left Earphone Function

1. Turn on or turn off: Long press 4 seconds.
2. Activate Siri /Reject call: Long press 2 seconds.
3. Answer call/Hang up, play/pause music: Click once.
4. Next song: Double click.
5. Volume up: Three click.
6. Clear pairing memory: Quick press the button 5 times.

Note:

• Three clicks is volume up only when in single mode.
• The earbuds will broadcast the phone number when there is an incoming call, and continue to play music after hanging up the call.

Right Earphone Function

1. Turn on or turn off: Long press 4 seconds.
2. Activate Siri /Reject call: Long press 2 seconds.
3. Answer call/Hang up, play/pause music: Click once.
4. Last song: Double click.
5. Volume down: Three click.
6. Clear pairing memory: Quick press the button 5 times.

Note:

1.How to do when earbuds won’t charge?****

– Use alcohol rag to clean the charging contactors on earbuds.

2.How to reset when meet pairing, connection or sound, micphone problems?****

– Step1: Clean the bluetooth list on all devices, turn off the bluetooth on all devices.
– Step2: Take out one earbud, quick press the button 5 times, the light will be off. It means the pairing memory in this earbud is cleaned successfully.
– Step3: Take out another earbud, repeat above Step2 to clean the memory.
– Step4: Put back two earbuds into the charging box.
– Step5: Turn on the bluetooth on the device, take out two earbuds, search “D19” to connect.
