INTRODUCTION

In accord with Regulation (EU) 2017/745, this product is part of the CLASS I MEDICAL DEVICES. You should carefully read this manual before using this medical device.

DESCRIPTION

The stretcher is intended for hospital places and is designed for simple patient transport in the ward. The stretcher is available in two versions, one fixed and the other with the removable top without wheels, complete with lower trolley for transport.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Begin the assembly phase by setting up a stable horizontal work plan.
Be careful to insert the legs with wheels fitted with brakes on the side of the feet and consequently the legs with the wheels without brake on the backrest side.

LOOSEN THE SCREWS FROM THE STRUCTURE ATTACHED TO THE PADDING.
27800: Take the legs equipped with castors with brakes (3) and insert them into the structure on the side of the feet.
27801: Take the legs equipped without castors (3) and insert them into the structure from the side you prefer (the legs are the same).

Insert the legs and screw it back in.

(Attention! The unmarked screw is used to adjust the protrusion of the handle, see instructions in the last line)

REPEAT THE SAME OPERATION FROM THE OPPOSITE SIDE.
7800: Loosen the screws, insert the legs with wheels without brakes (4) and insert into the structure from the side of the backrest.
27800: Loosen the screws, insert the legs without castors (3) and insert into the structure from the opposite side to the previous one.
27800/27801: Take the rod of the backrest (6), insert in the appropriate seat and fix it through the hexagonal screw and bolt supplied.

27800: Take the two cross tubes (5) and fix them to the legs through TBE screws and the relative washers supplied.
27801: Take the two cross tubes (5) and fix them to the curved legs of trolley (4) with castors through TBE screws and the relative washers supplied.

The handle must be adjusted in both models.

Loosen the screws and pull the handle (2) so as to allow the inserition of the hands to push the stretcher. Tighten the screws once the desired position has been found.

WARNINGS!

  • Check the locking nuts are tightened.
  • Observe the maximum flow rates indicated in the data sheets.
  • Avoid direct contact with open wounds.
  • Not for use in open environments.
  • When adjusting the height of the couch and the back, make sure that no one inserts hands, legs or anything into the movement area: CRUSHING RISK!
  • Move the bed without lifting it from the floor.
  • Before moving the bed, unlock the wheels.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

Use only original spare parts.
Periodically check all fixing points.
To preserve at best, it is recommended to avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, to contact and deposit in saline and very humid environments.
Wash the stainless-steel surfaces with soapy water and use appropriate disinfectants.
Rinse with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
Do not spill on the surface cleaners containing chlorine or ammonia, fatty and oily substances.
Do not use cleaning utensils containing iron. If necessary disinfection only use suitable non-corrosive products.

Cleaning rules for coating:
Clean with damp soapy cloth and rinse well with clean water. Do not use solvents, bleaches, synthetic detergents, polishes or aerosol spray. Attention: Normally synthetic leather light colours should not come in contact with no fixed cloured clothes (such as jeans and similar) not to cause stains and rings that cannot be cleaned up.
