SAMPLING INSTRUCTIONS
Make arrangements to ship the kit by guaranteed next day delivery [or drop the kit off at our laboratory within 24 hours of collection, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm] to the following address:

If we do not receive your sample with in 24 hours of sample collection or if you have not provided the date and time of collection, the bacteria results will be marked INYAUD!

NOTE: Testing & reporting takes approximately 5-10 business days. Heavily
contaminated samples may take longer to process. Turnaround time can vary due
to laboratory volume. Results will be emailed upon completion.
NOTE: The lab reserves the right to reject water samples that appear to
be excessively contaminated as they may cause potential damage to laboratory
equipment.
