Our company shall not be liable for any malfunction that may occur in the event of any discrepancy, therefore any malfunction resulting from discrepancy is out of warranty.
Arzum Okka Minio should only be operated by plugging into a grounded electrical socket connected in accordance with the regulations. Do not use extension cords that supply improper current in order to prevent damage to your machine.
Any repair for this electrical device or its power-supply should be conducted by authorized customer services personnel to avoid danger.
Please contact Arzum Customer Services if it needs to be repaired. Our company shall not be liable for any malfunction that may occur due to misuse, therefore any malfunction resulting from misuse is out of warranty.
To protect against electric shock, DO NOT clean and immerse machine and power cord in water. The machine is electrically operated, avoid touching the plug with wet hands to protect against electric shock.
This appliance should be used by people who are informed, supervised and instructed to use this appliance in a safe manner and understood the risks. Do not let children to play with the appliance and cord, close adult supervision is required when the appliance is used or cleaned by children.
Attention:  Keep children away from all packing materials, these materials have potential danger that can cause death as a result of choke.
This machine is intended to be used in such places like houses and following other places:

• In shops, offices and kitchens for staff in other working places,
• Farmhouses,
• In motels, hotels and other residential type locations,
• In sleeping places and breakfast halls,

Do not use outdoors, always avoid to keep the machine at zero or below zero temperatures.
Use Arzum Okka Minio ALWAYS on a hard, flat level surface. Do not place the appliance on the edge of table or countertop, the appliance can fall down. Remember your appliance could be filled with hot coffee.
Do not use Arzum Okka Minio on or near hot surfaces, heat resources, near a flame or fiery steam. (Ex: top of hot oven, heater, stove etc.) Do not let cord hang over edge of table or countertop or to contact other devices.
Do not leave Arzum Okka Minio unaccompanied and unattended during operation.
When using your coffeemaker for the first time, simply put water into coffee pot and operate your appliance then discard the waste water.
Do not start brewing coffee process without putting water into coffee pot. There is water-secure security implementation on your appliance. In case operating without water, the appliance will shut off after a while and will not be rerun until it cools down.
Do not put any material into coffee pot except water, coffee and sugar.
Coffee pot should only be used with this appliance, do not use with any heater. (Ex: on oven, microwave oven etc.)
Serve your brewed coffee with cup, do not drink from the coffee pot.
To handle/carry the coffee pot always use a carrying handle.
Please, unplug from outlet your appliance when your appliance not in use, before cleaning and allow coffee pot to cool.

Always unplug Arzum Okka Minio when; the coffeemaker is not in use for a long time and/or a malfunction occurs and/or poses a danger.
While pulling the plug NEVER pull at grid cable; always pull the plug itself.
Make sure that you unplug from outlet when cleaning and maintenance application.

Values labeled on the appliance or declared by printed documents are obtained under laboratory conditions according to relevant standards. These values may change depending on the ambient conditions where product is used.

USE OF MACHINE

Wipe off the main body of the appliance before first use. Coffee pot can be rinsed under a tap water. After putting water into the coffee pot at MAX level, operate the machine and discard the waste water and allow the appliance to cool.
Your Arzum Okka Minio Turkish Coffee Machine heats during use, therefore do not touch hot surfaces.
You can only make coffee with your coffeemaker. Do not use any liquids or solution in order to boil or heat.
You can make coffee for 1-4 people with your Arzum Okka Minio Turkish Coffee Machine.
When you plug in your machine, status light will turn white with a beeping sound.
Put enough water into coffee pot by number of people. Use Arzum Okka Minio teaspoon to put exact required quantity of Turkish coffee. Add required quantity of sugar and toss to prevent ball formation. Make sure the mixture does not exceed the max level in the coffee pot.
Once you place your appliance on energy transmission base and press the start button, status light will turn into red and start the brewing process. When brewing process ends, your appliance will give a warning beep and status light will turn into white again.
Never displace the coffee pot during brewing process. In case that you displace the coffee pot while still brewing for any reason and is not placed in 6 minutes, the coffeemaker will stop brewing and the red status light will turn into white.
You can easily take the coffee pot to serve when brewing process is done.
Always clean the coffee pot after each use. You can wash the coffee pot easily under a tap water. Do NOT wash coffee pot in dishwasher. Rinse coffee pot after washing.

SUGGESTIONS FOR BREWING STRONG

TURKISH COFFEE
Arzum Okka Minio, is a practical appliance designed to prepare Turkish coffee in an ideal consistency by simmering. In the below table you can find suggested ideal measures for preparing delicious Turkish Coffee.

• Displayed amount is coffee for one person.
• 1 scale is the suggested amount of coffee. Depending on a strong or soft coffee you may use more or less coffee to your taste.
• Use fresh coffee for a delicious and foamy Turkish coffee.

BREWING POINT (AUTO BOILING ALTITUDE DETECTION) AND BOILING POINT

MEASUREMENT SETTING

Arzum OKKA Grandio Bold has a smart auto brewing altitude detection system enabling you to make Turkish coffee with the same flavor anywhere in the world, by determining the ideal boiling temperature in the place where it is present.

The boiling point of the water depends on the altitude difference based on the sea level. The appliance automatically determines the boiling point. On the initial use, the appliance performs the automatic boiling point measurement and sets the boiling point based on its altitude

for the ideal flavor. The boiling point should be set again when the altitude difference based on the sea level changes: The boiling point measurement is made by means of 2 different ways,

1.  Automatic Boiling Point Measurement;

In the cases where manual boiling point measurement should performed;

• In case the coffee pot and/or board are changed for any reason by the service after the automatic measurement,
• Change of the altitude where the product is used (city, change address, etc…)
• In case of a problem in the automatic

WARNING: Make sure tank container and tank slot surfaces are dry while placing the water tank. Otherwise water drops accumulated around this area may prevent correct detection of water amount by the water detection system in the tank.

AMBIANTE LIGHTING

OKKA Grandio Bold has a stylish image with ambience lighting on the coffee pot. Provides ease of use where the ambient light is not sufficient.

4 NOTICE AND WARNINGS

Brewing is not allowed
The product is ready to brewing
The water tank is empty or not in the place
– Water drops may accumulate inside water tank slot. Wipe this area with a dry cloth, restart the appliance and place the water tank.
– Make sure there is enough water in the water tank.
– Make sure the water tank is tightly fit in its place. Coffee pot is not in the place.

Pump failure: Classic brewing, Slow brewing, coffee pot not present and no water warnings flash at the same time and 1 cup button is permanently on. Buzzer is heard during this time.
Flowmeter failure: Classic brewing, Slow brewing, coffee pot not present and no water warnings flash at the same time and 2 cup button is permanently on. Buzzer is heard during this time..
Heater failure: Classic brewing, Slow brewing, coffee pot not present and no water warnings flash at the same time and 4 cup button is permanently on. Buzzer is heard during this time.
WARNING: If you encounter one of the failures above, turn the appliance power button off. Turn it on again after a while. If you encounter the same failure, this is an electronic card failure. Please contact authorized Arzum service.
Electronic card failure: Blinking of the warning symbols of brewing keys, cup key, water reservoir and brewing chamber simultaneously shows a potential electronic card malfunction, in that case please contact your authorized Arzum service

4.  BREWING

• Plug in your appliance and turn on your appliance by turning the on/off (I/0) button on the side of the appliance to “I”
• When your appliance is in operation, all status lights will be on with the beep (Figure-2)
• Your appliance can brew coffee for 4 at the same time. You will use the cup size selection button on the panel of your appliance as the size of cups you are using may (Figure-3)
• Lift up the top cover of the water tank of your appliance and fill with fresh water up to level. (Figure-4)
• Put required quantity of Turkish coffee and sugar into coffee pot according to the number of people Use Arzum OKKA Grandio

Bold teaspoon to put exact required quantity of Turkish coffee. (Figure-5)

• Place the coffee pot in the appliance slot. Depending on the amount of coffee in the pot, start brewing by pressing the Classic brewing button on the front panel then pressing one of the cup selection (Figure-6 and 7)
• If the cup selection is made before the mode selection, product will operate classic
• After putting the desired amount of coffee and sugar in the coffee pot, coffee, sugar and water are mixed perfectly thanks to OKKA Grandio Bold’s special water spray feature. You do not need to perform extra

Slow coffee brewing mode (Slow brewing button):

For delicious slow-brewed Turkish Coffee, place the coffee pot in the appliance slot.

5. BREWING

1. Plug in your appliance and turn on your appliance by turning the on/off (I/0) button on the side of the appliance to “I” position. (Figure-1)
   

• When your appliance is in operation, all status lights will be on with the beep sound. (Figure-2)
  

  2. Your appliance can brew coffee for 4 at the same time. You will use the cup size selection button on the panel of your appliance as the size of cups you are using may differ. (Figure-3)
     

  3. Lift up the top cover of the water tank of your appliance and fill with fresh water up to max. level. (Figure-4)
     

  4.  Put required quantity of Turkish coffee and sugar into coffee pot according to the number of people Use Arzum OKKA Grandio Bold teaspoon to put exact required quantity of Turkish coffee. (Figure-5)
     

  5. Place the coffee pot in the appliance slot.
     Depending on the amount of coffee in the pot, start brewing by pressing the Classic brewing button on the front panel then pressing one of the cup selection buttons. (Figure-6 and 7)
     

• If the cup selection is made before the mod selection, product will operate classic mode. 6. After putting the desired amount of coffee and sugar in the coffee pot, coffee, sugar andwater are mixed perfectly thanks to OKKA

  7. Press the slow brewing button on the front touch panel and start the brewing process by pressing one of the cup selection buttons on the front panel according to the amount of coffee. (Figure-7)

WARNING: The type and heat of the water used, the type of the coffee and the amount of sugar may cause different cooking times.
WARNING: Do not remove the coffee pot and/or water tank, do not add coffee to the coffee pot and do not try to mix it after the water intake process is initiated.
WARNING: Fill the water tank with fresh cold water or water with room temperature.
WARNING: When the coffee pot is removed, after the water intake process is initiated, the process will be ended. In this case, it is required that water and coffee in the coffee pot are poured and the cooking process is started by putting coffee in it again.
WARNING: Brewing times depends on ambient temperature, water temperature and mains voltage. Because the machine will be hotter in use, the brewing time can be further shortened.

• When the brewing process is finished, the appliance will beep and the status lights on the touch panel will continue to flash until the coffee pot is removed from the brewing
• To cancel the brewing process for any reason, switch off the product by setting the on/off (I/0) button on the side of the product to “0” and removed the coffee

5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Fill your appliance with water up to the maximum level before the first use and run it several times.

• Before cleaning, set the machine on/off switch (I / 0) to position “0”, pull the plug from the outlet and wait for the appliance to cool
• WARNING: Make sure that the cooking detection sensor is not exposed to any impact and is not damaged during cleaning.
• Clean the external surface of the coffee pot and its main body, including the energy transmission base only with a dry or damp NEVER wash the coffee pot by means of immersing it into water or wash in the dishwasher..
• Do not clean any of the appliance accessories with harsh and chemical cleaners (bleach, hydrochloric acid, ) except the cleaners used for this type of appliances. Do not use abrasive cleaners, metal objects, hard sponges, wire brushes or harsh cleaners to clean the appliance

Removing Calcification
