products provide safe heat and protect consumers’ skin within tempera-ture range based on internation-al safety standards, which helps avoid low temperature burns. Therefore, the temperature setting is for keeping warm instead of getting hot.| If you don’t feel heat, you can fold the product and test it for 30 minutes to see whether it works or product not (But please make sure that the is laced flat folded for n pormal use).w If ithout being you still can’t feel the heat after the test,. please contact the customer service.
The product does not work upon arrival.| There exist product malfunctions.| When receiving the product please take it out from the packing and place it flat (do not fold). Check the coupler and mains plug have been connected properly, then switch on to check whether the product works normally or not For products unable to work normally, please contact our customer service.
The product does not heat uniformly.| The product is folded or the heating wire is
coiled during the use;| Please _place the heating oadflat for using. The temperature of the body areas that contact the heating zones is higher than the areas do not hich is a normal phenomenon.
The product no longer works after being used for a period of time.| The product is not used or washed properly.| Please contact our customer service.

Product Operation Guide

Connect the product to the power supply.
Press the power button to turn on the product and heating level 1 will be activated by default, which would be displayed on the screen.
Press the heating button to choose heating level from level 1 to level 4 by turn, which would be displayed on the screen.
The heating pad will switch off automatically after 2 hours of consistent use.
Press the power button to turn off the product, and disconnect it from the power supply.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

WARNING

Before cleaning, always remove the mains plug from the outlet ﬁrst.
Disconnect the controller from the product.

CLEANING

Soak the product for 15 minutes in mild soap and cool water.
Machine wash on gentle cycle in water at 30°C for 5 minutes or hand wash.
Rinse with fresh, cool water.
Machine dry on gentle, cool cycle or hang to dry.
(Immediately after washing, reshape the product to its original dimensions and spread it out ﬂat on a clothes horse or clothesline.)

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

DO NOT DRY CLEAN! DO NOT USE BLEACH! DO NOT USE WRINGER! Do not iron your heating pad.

Disconnect the cord from pad by ﬁrmly pulling the control connector away from the pad connector. Do not pull by the cord.
Machine wash pad in cold water on gentle cycle or hand wash; tumble dry on low heat or line dry. Remove promptly from the dryer.
Do not plug in pad and pad connector until they are completely dry.

MAINTENANCE

Store the product only after it cools down completely and it is dry completely .
Loop the cord loosely.
Store in an airy, dry environment.

DO NOT WASH THE CORD OR PUT THE CORD INTO WATER.
PLEASE NOTE THAT FREQUENT WASHING OF THE PRODUCT HAS A NEGATIVE EFFECT.
DO NOT USE COMMERCIAL DRYERS OR THE DRYERS AT YOUR
LOCAL LAUNDR- OMATS, AS THEY WOULD GET TOO HOT AND CAN DAMAGE THE WIRING OF THE PRODUCT.

Storing: If the product is not to be used for a long time, please disconnect the controller from it.
It’s recommended to store in the original packaging.
Warning: Make sure that the product has completely cooled down before folding, otherwise it might be damaged. During storage, do not place any objects on the folded product.
Disposing: For eco-friendly reason, the product should be disposed of separately instead of being disposed of as unsorted municipal waste at the end of its service life. Please dispose of properly at the local waste collection site.
