Dear customer, thanks for purchasing LYNX, please read the instruction below carefully and thoroughly, it will guide you in operating the LCD display correctly.

Function and Display

TTM Accumulated riding time DST Single time riding mileage
9 Walk assist mode (not applied on LYNX)

 Function Operation

  1. Turn On and Off Long press button to turn on the display; long press button again to turn it off. The display will turn off automatically when the e-bike stops and  no further options for 5 minutes (auto turn off time can be adjusted).
  2. Main Interface
    The main interface of the display looks like this: 2.1 Turn on the headlight
    At the main interface, long press button to turn on the headlight; long press button again to turn it off:

2.2 PAS level switch
Short press button or button to switch between level 0-5. Level 0 is with no power assist, from level 1 to 5 the motor power increases sequentially.
2.3 Cruise function
When the real-time riding speed is over 4.35 mph (7km/h), keep the speed still for at least 10 seconds, the system will enter the cruise mode, word “CRUISE” will  display on the screen. Stop the cruise by hit the brake or press the thumb throttle again (cruise function can be disabled).
2.4 Clear single time riding data
When the single time mileage shows on the display, long press and buttons can clear the riding time and mileage.
2.5 Auto prompt message (error message)
Error message definition:
E-01 Motor malfunction
E-02 Throttle malfunction
E-03 Controller malfunction
E-05 Controller under voltage
E-06 Communication failure, display cannot receive the signal from controller *If there is any errors, feel free to reaching out to our support team at [email protected], we are here to help! Please also send us some photos/videos of the issue.

  1. Parameter Settings
    After turn on the display, long press  and to enter the parameter setting page:
    P01: Background light, 1 to 3, dark to bright
    P02: Mileage unit, 0 is km, 1 is mile
    P03: Voltage level, 24V, 36V, 48V
    P04: Auto sleep time, 0 is no sleep, other numbers means sleep 1-60 minutes
    P05: Assist gear, 3 gears, 5 gears, 9 gears
    P06: Wheel diameter (inch), precision 0.1
    P07: Number of speed magnets, 1 to 99
    P08: Speed limit, 0-99 range, 99 means no speed limit (full speed)
    P09: Zero/ non-zero start, 0 is zero start, 1 is non-zero start
    P10: Drive mode setting, 0 is pedal assist start, 1 is power drive start, 2 is assist and power start together
    P11: Resistance sensitivity setting, range 1 to 24
    P12: Resistance start intensity setting, range 0 to 5
    P13: Assist magnet type setting, 3 numbers, 5, 8 and 12
    P14: Controller current limit setting, range 1A to 20A
    P15: N/A
    P16: N/A
    P17: Cruise setting, 0 is cruise off, 1 is cruise on

Tips about the battery

  1. Please fully charge the battery when you first receive the bike.
  2. Keep the battery at a dry place, keep the temperature around 32°f to 68°f. Do not charge the battery at a hot temperature or directly under the sunlight. Keep the battery away from fire.
  3. Try not to overcharge the battery too often or leave it on the charger for too long.
  4. Recharge the battery when it is about 30% left.
  5. Even if you do not use it, do not leave the empty battery uncharged for too long, charge the battery at least once per month.
