- THIS INSTRUCTION BOOKLET CONTAINS IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION. PLEASE READ AND KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
- If you are assembling this unit for someone else, give this manual to them to read and save for future reference.
- Failure to follow the dangers, warnings and cautions in this manual may result in serious bodily injury or death, or in a fire or an explosion causing damage to property.
- Follow all warnings and instructions when using the appliance.
WARNING
- This appliance is for outdoor use only, and should NOT be used in a building, garage or any other enclosed area.
- Do not store or use gasoline or other flammable liquids or vapors in the vicinity of this or any other appliance.
- Do NOT use this outdoor fireplace under any overhead or near any unprotected combustible constructions. Avoid using near or under overhanging trees and shrubs.
- Do NOT burn charcoal briquettes, lump charcoal, manufactured logs, driftwood, trash, leaves, paper, cardboard, plywood, painted, stained or pressure-treated wood. Avoid using softwoods such as pine or cedar, which can throw sparks.
- Do NOT use gasoline, kerosene, diesel fuel, lighter fluid or alcohol to light or relight fires.
- Do NOT use this outdoor fireplace near automobiles, trucks, vans or recreational vehicles.
- Do NOT wear flammable or loose clothing when operating this outdoor fireplace.
- The fire pot should not be used on a combustible surface (including wood decks), and should be placed no closer than 10 foot from walls during use.

- WARNING: This product can expose you to chemicals, including carbon monoxide, soot, Diisononyl Phthalate (DINP), lead and lead components which are known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, and other reproductive harm. CAUTION
- This outdoor fireplace is NOT for commercial use.
- This outdoor fireplace is NOT to be operated by children.
- Use heat-resistant gloves or hot pads when touching handles.
- This outdoor fireplace is designed for use with dry, seasoned hardwood. It will burn hotter, more completely and create less smoke.
PREPARATION
Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare
parts with package contents list and hardware contents list. If any part is
missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product.
Estimated Assembly Time: 20 minutes
Tools Required for Assembly (not included): Wrench, Phillips Screwdriver, Work
Gloves.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

ATTACH HANDLES TO SPARK GUARD
Attach both handles to the spark guard by using two screws for each handle.
Hardware Used -
ATTACH LEGS TO THE BOWL (FIRE PIT BODY)
Attach the two legs to the bowl (fire pit body) by screwing the body to the legs with the screws and nuts. Recommended: Use two (2) people to assemble the legs.

PLACE SPARK GUARD ONTO FIRE PIT
Place spark guard onto fireplace as a protection cover for using. CAUTION: Fill the bottom bowl (fire pit body bottom) with 1 inch clean sand below the wood grate.(To reduce the temperature of bottom bowl and protect the floor beneath the bowl). -
USE PROTECTIVE COVER WHEN NOT IN USE AND FOR STORAGE.
CAUTION: Do NOT move or store this outdoor fire pit until the fire is COMPLETELY out and the fire pit has cooled.
- Once the fire is out, embers are cold and outdoor fire pit is cool to the touch, remove and properly dispose of the ashes.
- Store the outdoor fireplace assembled in a cool, dry location away from children and pets.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Lighting with Wood:
-
Make sure there is no ash in the bottom of the bowl.

Place a layer of dry kindling or a natural firestarter such as Fatwood™ on the center of the grate.

Above that, place a layer of dry, seasoned hardwood that is cut to lengths of no more than 3/4 the diameter of the bowl.
CAUTION: Do NOT add gasoline, kerosene, diesel fuel, lighter fluid or alcohol to re-light or enhance an existing fire. -
Use a long match to light kindling or firestarter.

Use heat protective gloves at all times while attending to the fire.
Tending the fire:
- Using the log lifter, shift coals and logs to allow additional airflow.
- Wait until glowing embers have developed before adding any additional wood. If additional wood is needed, carefully place wood on top of embers
Extinguishing:
- Allow fire to burn itself out.
- Do NOT use water to extinguish the fire. This can be dangerous and cause damage.
**CARE AND MAINTENANCE
**
- All cleaning and maintenance should be done when appliance is cool and with the fuel supply removed.
- This outdoor fireplace should be inspected on a regular basis to ensure product safety and longer product life.
- Check components for any signs of damage or rust.
- Wipe exterior surfaces with a mild dishwashing detergent or baking soda.
- For stubborn stains, use a citrus-based degreaser and a nylon scrubbing brush.
- Rinse clean with water.
- Remove built-up creosote from components with a chimney cleaning product.
Tip: Keeping the outdoor fireplace covered when cooled and not in use will help protect it from the elements.
WARRANTY
We warrant to the original retail purchaser of this product, and to no
other person, that if this product is assembled, maintained, and operated in
accordance with the printed instructions accompanying it, then for a period of
one (1) year from the date of purchase, all parts in such product shall be
free from defects in material and workmanship. We may require reasonable proof
of your date of purchase. Therefore, you should retain your sales slip or
invoice. This Limited Warranty shall be limited to replacement parts, which
prove defective under normal use and service and which we shall determine in
its reasonable discretion upon examination to be defective. Before returning
any parts, you should contact our customer service department using the
contact information listed on the cover of this manual. If we confirm, after
examination, a defect covered by this Limited Warranty in any returned part,
and if we approve the claim, we will replace such defective part without
charge. If you return defective parts, transportation charges must be prepaid
by you. We will return replacement parts to the original retail purchaser,
freight or postage prepaid.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any failures or operating difficulties due
to accident, abuse, misuse, alteration, misapplication, improper installation
or improper maintenance or service by you or any third party, or failure to
perform normal and routine maintenance on the product as set out in this
owner’s manual. In addition, the Limited Warranty does not cover damage to the
finish, such as scratches, dents, discoloration, rust or other weather damage,
after purchase. This Limited Warranty is in lieu of all other expressed
warranties. We disclaim all warranties for products that are purchased from
sellers other than authorized retailers or distributors, including the
warranty of merchantability or the warranty of fitness for a particular
purpose.
WE ALSO DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION
THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. WE SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY TO PURCHASER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY
SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. We further
disclaim any implied or express warranty of, and assumes no responsibility
for, defects in workmanship caused by third parties.
This Limited Warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights; a purchaser
may have other rights depending upon where he or she lives. Some jurisdictions
do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental or
consequential damages, or limitations on how long a warranty lasts, so the
above exclusion and limitations may not apply to everyone.
We do not authorize any person or company to assume for it any other
obligation or liability in connection with the sale, installation, use,
removal, return, or replacement of its equipment, and no such representations
are binding on us. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may
also have the other rights that vary from state to state. As some states do
not allow exclusions or limitations on an implied warranty, the above
exclusions and limitations may not apply.
