Note:
- The source USB-C output must support DisplayPort Alternate (DP Alt) mode or Thunderbolt 3 technology for the adapter to work properly. Please verify with your computer manufacturer.
- The computer and power adapter must support PD 3.0 specification, otherwise the adapter will reset when power delivery is disconnected.

Why can’t my laptop do SSW charging?
Your laptop must support 85W charging. Not all laptops support or require 85W for charging.
Or, your USB-C cable does not support E- Mark to support charge over 60W. -
Why am I using a 100W PD charger but only getting SSW charging?
Product will support PD charging up to 85W for host device and will take remaining 15W for product devices. -
Why does the HDMI output produce no signal?
Ensure your USB-C host port support DP Alt mode.
