ELECTRONIC SCALE INSTRUCTIONS

Open the battery cover and insert 2 AAA batteries according to the polarity indicated in the battery compartment.

Press the ON/OFF/TARE key. The display will show “88888” and transition to “0”

Put the object on the center of the tray. The display will show the weight of the object. If the weight exceeds the capacity, “0-Ld” will appear on the display.

TARE WEIGHING
This scale is designed with a tare weighing function. When “0” is displayed, put the container on the tray.
Press the ON/OFF/TARE key, the display will transition to “0.” The scale will display the weight of the material added or removed from the container. -
UNIT CHANGE
You can change the weight unit by pressing the UNIT key. -
POWER OFF
When you finish the operation, you can turn off the scale by pressing and holding the ON/OFF/TARE key.
This scale is designed with an auto-off function to save the battery power. It automatically turns off its power if the scale is not used within 3 hours. -
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
If “ ” message appears in the display when attempting to weigh, replace the scale’s 2 AAA batteries according to the polarity indicated in the battery compartment. -
CALIBRATING ZERO ON STARTUP
Turn on and calibrate zero point will only work when initial weight (minimum weight) is less than 200 g. (example: place a tank less than 200 g on the platform then turn on the scale, 0 g will be displayed; place a tank of 250 g on the platform then turn on the scale, 250 g will be displayed)
CARE
- This scale is manufactured and adjusted precisely. Do not dismantle the scale or subject it to any strong shock or vibration.
- Do not use the scale in direct sunlight and keep it away from hot appliances such as an oven, stove etc.
- When the scale is to be used in a new location where the temperature differs from the previous location by 36˚F (20˚C) or more, leave the scale in the new location for at least 2 hours before using it.
- When the scale is dirty, wipe the scale with a damp cloth.
- When the scale is not used for a long period of time, remove the batteries.
