Do not immerse the control panel assembly (except the heating element) or power cord in water or any liquid.

- The Deep Fryer should always be placed on a flat surface where the power cord is out of reach of children and away from accidentally tripping over it.
Tips:
- When you fry several different kinds of food, always fry the food that uses the lowest temperature setting first.
- Do not mix different types of oil for frying.
- Frying already pre-cooked foods may take less time to fry than completely raw food.
- Replace the oil after each 10-15 uses; or earlier if the oil becomes brown and thick.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
-
Make sure the Deep Fryer is UNPLUGGED.
-
Remove the frying basket and attach the handle to the clip.
-
Attach the Control Panel Assembly to the Outer Housing by inserting the latches on the Control Panel Assembly to the slots on the Outer Housing. Make sure both latches are touching the ends of the slots so they engage the Safety Switch. This Safety Switch is to ensure that the heating element will not be powered if the Control Panel Assembly is not slid securely in place.
-
Use only good quality frying oil such as Peanut oil, Vegetable oil, pure Corn oil, Sunflower oil, Canola oil, or Light Olive oil.
-
Fill oil in the oil tank between the MIN marking and the MAX marking.
-
The heating element will be submerged in oil during use.
-
Do not use if foil is under the MIN line or over the MAX line, as either could result in injury to the user or damage to the fryer.
-
Wipe the inside of the viewing window with a little oil to prevent condensation.
-
Make sure the temperature control knob and the timer control knob are set to the OFF position.
-
Attach the power cord to the deep fryer first. Make sure the power cord is plugged in with “THIS SIDE UP” facing up and make sure the magnet plug is making good connection. Next, plug the power cord into the electrical outlet.
The magnetic plug is a required safety feature. It is designed to disconnect quickly to reduce burn risk while also cutting off the power if the appliance is knocked over. -
Move the timer control knob to the desired time, the power indicator light will turn on green.
-
Adjust the temperature control knob to the desired temperature setting according to the particular recipe you are using.
-
While the oil is preheating, prepare the food that is going to be fried.
-
When placing the food into the basket, make sure it is as dry as possible. Do not add water, ice, frozen or wet food, as this may cause the HOT OIL TO SPLATTER.
WARNING: Frozen foods should always be thawed completely and patted dry before frying to avoid causing the HOT OIL TO SPLATTER. -
Do not overfill the basket. Doing so can cause the temperature of the oil to drop too low resulting in improperly cooked food.
-

-
Set the timer control knob to desired time.
-
Lower basket of food into hot oil and cover fryer w/ lid.
WARNING: DO NOT TOUCH THE CONTROL KNOBS WHEN THE FOOD IS FRYING. HOT STEAM MAY BE ESCAPING AND CAUSE INJURY. -

-
During the frying process, the oil temperature may drop when adding new food to be fried, the heat indicator light will periodically turn on and off.

FAQs
How long does it take for a deep fryer to be ready?****
Most fryers require five to fifteen minutes to achieve their full operational temperature, and they contain an indicator light that illuminates continuously when the temperature drops below the preset level. Set the thermostat to the appropriate cooking temperature before turning on the fryer. When the signal light goes out, the fryer is ready.
How do you treat a fryer basket burn?****
As soon as the pain starts to fade, hold the burned area under cool running water for at least five minutes. Put the burn in cool water if this is not possible. By transporting heat away from the skin, cooling the burn minimises swelling.
How do you control the oil temperature in a deep fryer?****
Use a clip-on deep-fry thermometer and keep a constant eye on the temperature of the oil to maintain the right level. Remove the pot from the fire and wait until the oil cools to the proper temperature if the oil begins to softly smoke. This indicates that the oil is overheated and beginning to break down.
Can you use a deep fryer without the basket?****
Sure. Simply use a tool like a slotted spoon, a spider strainer, or tongs to fish the food out on your own.
What is the best way to clean deep fryer baskets?****
In the event that the basket is caked with grease, vinegar and warm water is extremely beneficial. Warm water with one or two tablespoons of vinegar added should be used to soak a basket for around 15 minutes. Make certain the basket is completely submerged in the liquid.
What is the purpose of deep fryer?****
In the event that the basket is caked with grease, vinegar and warm water is extremely beneficial. Warm water with one or two tablespoons of vinegar added should be used to soak a basket for around 15 minutes. Make certain the basket is completely submerged in the liquid.
Can you leave oil in a deep fryer?****
You can leave oil in your deep fryer for brief durations, though it is recommended to store it somewhere else when it isn’t being used for a while. To prevent food particles from spoiling while in the fryer, it is crucial to filter the oil first.
What is the best oil for a deep fryer?****
Canola oil is a very solid option because most deep fryers operate between 350 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Canola oil is also frequently among the least expensive oils on the market, making it a popular option for restaurants that need to change their oil frequently and in big quantities.
What kind of tool should be used when using the deep fryer?****
A skimmer, also known as a spider or a strainer, is the best tool for carefully lowering items into oil while avoiding the painful splash zone, moving the frying ingredients around easily so they cook evenly and don’t clump, and shaking off excess oil when the items are finished cooking so they aren’t soggy and full of oil.
What are two safety rules for using a deep fryer?****
Avoid jamming too many items into the frying basket while using a deep fryer to prevent undercooking, uneven cooking, and oil spillage. Avoid touching the frying pan when it is covered in oil or adding food to avoid splattering oil or getting burned. You should never leave your fryer running unattended.
Why should frying baskets not be overloaded?****
Just a brief tip: Be careful not to put too much product in the fry basket at once. Your food won’t cook evenly if the basket is overloaded. Additionally, if you fill these baskets with an excessive amount of heavy items, it will be difficult for you to lift them and you run the danger of getting hurt.
How long can you use oil in a deep fryer?****
The majority of oils need to be changed eight to 10 times. After each use, the deep fryer’s oil needs to be removed, strained, and properly stored until the next time. A helpful hint is to store the filtered oil in a cool, dark location until you need it again because food particles left in the oil can give it a terrible taste.
