ELECTRICAL HAZARD
Danger from electric current!- No contact with heat sources should take place with the power cord.
- Cord should not hang over edge of table or counter.
- Do not pour water into an appliance that is in operation or that is still hot.
- The device must be properly connected and comply with the regulations in force.

In operation, the device can reach high temperatures. To avoid burns and accidents, do not use the device in malfunction, and do not use spare parts that are not original. -
ELECTRICAL HAZARD

If incorrectly installed, the device can be dangerous and cause injury. Before any installation, check the data of the electrical network. Connect the device only when there is compliance. The appliancemust be unpacked and checked completely before connection by a professional.

WARNING
The set-up of the device installation and maintenance must be carried out by
professionals only.
- Do not leave the appliance running without supervising it.

- Do not move or tilt the device during operation.
MANUAL
- The device must be completely removed from its packaging. All protections must be completely removed. Remove the protective sheet from the exterior surfaces. If adhesive deposits form on the device, remove them using a suitable solvent.
- Place the device upright on a solid, flat surface capable of withstanding high temperatures.
- Never place the convection oven on a flammable surface. Position this unit so as to ensure optimal air circulation. We advise you to keep a minimum distance of 15 cm from the wall and other objects.
- Do not place any object on the device.
- Do not embed the appliance.
- Do not install this appliance near open fires, or other heating appliances.
- Do not install the device in a wet or humid place.
- The electrical cable should be protected to at least 32 amps. The device must be plugged directly into a wall outlet. Using a multiple socket will cause the device to trip.
- Water connection for the CFCV3 oven
- The device must be placed near a water inlet. Connect the device using a high pressure hose located at the rear. The water pressure must not exceed 2 bars.
- Before use, the device must be cleaned.
- Before using for the first time, heat the appliance without food.
- To do this, plug in the appliance and set your thermostat to 200 ° C and the time to 30 minutes. Do not put food on until the convection oven has cooled down. Smoke formation and bad odors may occur, this is a normal operating cycle.
- The indicator light comes on as soon as a wheel is operated.
- When the temperature dial is engaged (grilling or convection), the indicator lights up then goes out when the temperature is reached.

- Humidification for CFCV3 ovens:
- Humidification is activated by pressing the humidification indicator. The water is distributed by the fans on the resistances which allows a diffusion of water vapor.
- Water is injected as long as the button is pressed. The humidification button should only be pressed when the temperature is reached. Do not press the humidification button for too long to avoid excess water.
- NOTE The device is fitted with a safety system in the event of overheating. If tripped, unplug the device and allow it to cool. If this protection system operates regularly, it is imperative to contact your dealer. After automatic shutdown, the device can only be put into service by pressing the Reset button on the back of the device, wait for the temperature to drop, press the Reset button.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

All maintenance, cleaning and repair of the appliance must be done with a
disconnected appliance (isolated from all electrical sources).
The use of caustic detergents and baking soda for cleaning is prohibited.
Water must not get inside the device.
Never immerse the device in water or other liquid.
