Thank you for choosing our product. We hope you will enjoy using the
appliance.
Read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into
operation and keep the instructions including the warranty, the receipt and,
if possible, the box with the internal packing. If you give this appliance to
other people, please also pass on the operating instructions.

WARNING:
- This appliance is not intended for use in hospitals.
- This appliance must not be used by persons insensitive to heat and other very vulnerable persons who are unable to react to overheating.
- Children under the age of three are not allowed to use this appliance due to their inability to react to overheating.
WARNING:
- The appliance can be used by children older than 3 years and younger than 8 years under supervision and with the control always set to minimum temperature value.
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Children shall not play with the appliance.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- Do not use the product wet or in rooms with high humidity such as bathrooms etc.
- The cable and control unit of the appliance can give rise to risks of entanglement, strangulation, tripping or treading if not correctly arranged. The user shall make sure that excess ties and electric cords shall be arranged in a safe way.
- In the case of continuous use, the step switch may only be set to step “1”.
- If there is a possibility that the user will fall asleep using the appliance, the appliance may only be set to step “1”.
- When the appliance is not being used, it must be stored as described in the chapter “Storage”.
- Do not crease the appliance by placing items on top of it during storage.
WARNING:
- The product is to be checked regularly for signs of wear or damage. If the product has these signs or if the appliance is used incorrectly, it must be taken to the dealer or service centre before being used again.
- Do not use a damaged appliance and disconnect it from the power supply immediately.
- If the appliance is not working because a fuse in it has been triggered, send the product to our service centre.
- Do not repair the appliance by yourself. Always contact an authorized technician. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
General Notes
- The appliance is designed exclusively for private use and for the envisaged purpose. This appliance is not fit for commercial use.
- Do not use it outdoors. Keep it away from sources of heat, direct sunlight, humidity (never dip it into any liquid) and sharp edges. Do not use the appliance with wet hands. If the appliance is humid or wet, unplug it immediately.
- When cleaning or putting it away, switch off the appliance and always pull out the plug from the socket (pull the plug itself, not the lead) if the appliance is not being used and remove the attached accessories.
- Do not operate the appliance without supervision. If you leave the room you should always turn the appliance off. Remove the plug from the socket.
- The appliance and the mains lead have to be checked regularly for signs of damage. If damage is found the appliance must not be used.
- Use only original spare parts.
- In order to ensure your children’s safety, please keep all packaging (plastic bags, boxes, polystyrene etc.) out of their reach.
WARNING:
Do not allow small children to play with the plastic foil.
There is a danger of suffocation!
Notes for Use
Operation
The product should preferably be used on the following regions of the body:
Shoulders, neck
Place the heating pad over the shoulders so that the buttons are facing
forward. Button up the heating pad in the size you desire.
CAUTION:
Do not cover the step switch. This can lead to malfunctions.
Electrical Connection
- Ensure that the device voltage (see rating label) and the mains voltage are the same.
- Attach the electricity supply to the connector.
- Insert the plug into a properly installed socket.
Switching On
- Move the step switch on the controller to the desired setting.
- The indicator light will illuminate to show that the appliance is in operation.
- Due to safety reasons the appliance will switch off after
1.5 hours automatically. The indicator light will flash. To start the working
function again, switch off the appliance first and switch it on again
afterwards.
NOTE:
Unusual smells may occur during the first use. These are harmless and
disappear the more the appliance is used.
Step Switch
You can choose the following settings:

NOTE:
You can identify the setting using the indicator light.
Switching Off
- Set the step switch to 0 (off).
- Only then pull the plug out of the wall socket.
Cleaning
WARNING:
- Pull the plug out of the socket before each time you clean the appliance.
- Only clean the appliance when it is cool. Risk of burns!
- Do not submerge the heating pad with the step switch in water!
This could lead to an electric shock or a fire.
CAUTION:
- Do not use any strong cleaning agents or solvents.
- Please note the care instructions on the labels!
Heating Pad

First remove the plug from the electricity supply.

The heating pad can be washed in the gentle cycle at max. 40 °C.
Use a mild detergent and follow the instructions of the manufacturer on amount of detergent.
CAUTION:
• Keep in mind that the heating pad must not be dry-cleaned, nor must it be wrung out, dried in the dryer, or ironed.
CAUTION:
• Keep in mind also that frequent washing places strain on the heating pad. For this reason, the heating pad should only be washed 5 times in a washing machine during the course of the pad’s service life. Accordingly, we recommend that you only wash the heating pad by hand. -
Restore the heating pad to its original dimensions immediately following washing, and leave it spread out flat over a clothes rack to dry.
CAUTION: Do not use clothes pins or similar objects to fasten the heating pad to the clothes rack. Otherwise, the heating pad may become damaged. -
Allow the heating pad to dry completely before using it again.
CAUTION:
• Connect the power plug to the heating pad only after the plug connector and the heating pad are completely dry. Otherwise this may damage the heating pad.
• Never switch the heating pad on to dry it. This may cause an electric shock.
Step Switch
Only clean the step switch with a dry cloth.
Storage
- Pull the plug out of the socket.
- Let the appliance cool down completely before storing it away.
CAUTION:
- Store the appliance in a dry place.
- Avoid the appliance being sharply bent by items being placed on it during storage.
