1: What should I do if one side has no sound?****
– You can plug in and out the earphone again. If the problem persists, it is recommended that you go to the realme customer service center for inspection or repair.
2: Why can’t this earphone be plugged into my phone?****
– The realme Buds 2 Neo has a 3.5mm interface, please confirm your mobile phone interface type. If your mobile phone has a Lightning interface or a Type-C interface, you cannot use this headset directly, you can use a Lightning or Type-C headset adapter.
3: Is there Type-C adapter in the earphone box?****
– This headset box does not contain Type-C adapters.
