If the functions are mutually exclusive, the original function will automatically be turned off.
Super Cool
In Super Cool mode, the refrigeration temperature is set to 1 °C. If Super Cool is activated, the refrigerating temperature cannot be adjusted, but the freezing and MyZone temperatures can be adjusted. The Super Cool function will switch off automatically after 3 hours, and the refrigerator will run according to the latest setting before beginning Super Cool mode. When Super Cool is activated, the smart and holiday functions cannot be turned on at the same time.

Super Freeze
In Super freeze mode, the freezer temperature is set to -30 °C. The Super freeze function is designed to maintain the nutritional value of the food in the freezer. This function freezes food quickly. If you freeze a large amount of food at one time, it is recommended that you set the Super freeze function 24 hours in advance to lower the freezer temperature. When the food is added, the freezing speed of the freezer compartment is increased, and the food will be frozen quickly, effectively locking nutrients into the food and facilitating storage. The Super Freeze function switches off automatically after 50 hours; the freezer will then run according to the latest setting before entering Super Freeze mode.
AutoSet function
In AutoSet mode, refrigerating/freezing is set to 5 °C / -18 °C, respectively. In this mode, the temperature of the refrigerating compartment and the freezing compartment cannot be adjusted. If the Super Cool, Super Freeze or Holiday function is set, the AutoSet function automatically closes and exits.
Holiday function
The Holiday function is designed to facilitate long-term use of the refrigerating compartment. In Holiday mode, the refrigerating temperature is set to 17 °C, so that the refrigerator cannot cause odours due to excessive temperature and energy will be saved. In Holiday mode, the refrigeration temperature cannot be adjusted, but the temperature of the MyZone compartment and the freezer compartment can be adjusted.

WARNING!
Please clear the refrigeration compartment before entering Holiday function to prevent food from deteriorating. When Holiday function is activated, the Auto Set and Super Cool functions cannot be activated at the same time.

Tips on storing fresh food
Storage in the refrigerator compartment

  • Keep your fridge temperature below 5°C.
  • Hot food must be cooled to room temperature before storing in the appliance.
  • Food should be washed and dried before storing in the refrigerator.
  • Food should be properly sealed before storage to prevent alteration of odour or taste.
  • Do not store excessive quantities of food. Leave spaces between foods to allow cold air to flow around them for better and more homogeneous cooling.
  • Foods eaten daily should be stored at the front of the shelf.
  • Leave a gap between foods and the inner walls to allow air to flow. Be sure not to store food against the rear wall: food could freeze against the rear wall. Avoid direct contact of food (especially oily or acidic food) with the inner lining as oils and acids can erode the inner lining. Clean away oily and acidic substances whenever found.
  • Defrost frozen food in the refrigerator storage compartment. This way, you can use the frozen food to lower the temperature in the compartment and save energy.
  • Ripening of fruit and vegetables such as courgettes, melons, papaya, banana, pineapple, etc. can be accelerated in the refrigerator, and so it is not advisable to store these foods in the refrigerator. Ripening of very green fruit can, however, be accomplished for a certain period of time. Onions, garlic, ginger and other root vegetables should also be stored at room temperature.
  • Unpleasant odours inside the fridge are a sign that something has spilled and cleaning is required. See CARE AND CLEANING.
  • Different foods should be placed in different areas, according to their properties:

Notice

  • Please maintain a distance of more than 10 mm between food and air ducts or sensors to ensure the cooling effect.
  1. Butter, cheese, etc.
  2. Eggs, cans, canned food, spices, etc.
  3. Drinks and bottled foods.
  4. Pickled foods, canned food, etc.
  5. Meat products, snack foods, pasta, canned food, milk, tofu, dairy etc.
  6. Cooked meat, sausages, etc.
  7. My Zone drawers: MyZone slider supports 0°C, 2°C, 5°C.
  8. Humidity Zone drawers: Fruit, vegetables, salad, etc.

Storage in the freezer compartment

  • Keep the freezer temperature at- 18°C.
  • Switch on the Power-Freeze function 24 hours before freezing food; 4-6 hours will be sufficient for small quantities of food.
  • Hot food must be cooled to room temperature before storing in the freezer compartment.
  • Food cut into small portions will freeze faster and be easier to defrost and cook. The recommended weight for each portion is less than 2.5 kg
  • It is best to pack food before putting it into the freezer. The outside of the packaging must be dry so that bags will not stick together. Packaging materials should be odour-free, airtight, nonpoisonous and nontoxic.
  • In order to prevent food from expiring, please make a note of the freezing date, time limit and name of the food on the packaging, according to the recommended storage periods for different foods.
  • WARNING!: Acid, alkali, salt, etc. could erode the inside surface of the freezer. Do not place food containing these substances (such as seafood) directly on the inner surface of the freezer. Salt water in the freezer must be cleaned up immediately.
  • Do not exceed the food storage times recommended by manufacturers. Take only the required amount of food out of the freezer.
  • Consume defrosted food quickly. Defrosted food cannot be frozen again unless it is cooked first.
  • Do not put excessive quantities of fresh food in the freezer compartment. Refer to the freezing capacity of the freezer – See TECHNICAL DATA or the data on the type plate.
  • Food may be stored in the freezer at a temperature of at least -18°C for 2 to 12 months, depending on its properties (e.g., meat: 3-12 months, vegetables: 6-12 months)
  • When freezing fresh food, avoid contact with food that is already frozen, as this may cause it to thaw.

When storing commercially frozen foods, please follow these guidelines:

  • Always follow the manufacturers’ guidelines for the length of time you should store food in the freezer. Do not exceed these guidelines!
  • Try to keep the length of time between purchase and storage as short as possible to preserve food quality.
  • Buy frozen foods which have been stored at a temperature of -18 °C or below.
  • Avoid buying food which has ice or frost on the packaging – This indicates that the products might have been partially defrosted and frozen again at some point. Temperature rises affect the quality of food.

Notice

  • Please maintain a distance of more than 10 mm between food and the air duct to ensure cooling.

Power supply interruption
In the event of a power cut, food should remain safely cold for about 12 hours. Follow these tips during a prolonged power interruption, especially in summer:

  • Open the door/drawer as little as possible.
  • Do not put additional food into the appliance during a power interruption.
  • If prior notice of a power interruption is given and the interruption duration is longer than 12 hours, make some ice and put it in a container in the top of the refrigerator compartment.
  • Inspect the food immediately after the power supply interruption.
  • As temperature in the refrigerator will rise during a power interruption or other failure, the storage period and edible quality of food will be reduced. Any food that defrosts should be either consumed or cooked and frozen again (where appropriate) soon afterwards in order to prevent health risks.

Memory function during power interruption
After restoration of power, the appliance will continue with the settings that were set before the power failure.

Aligning the appliance
The appliance should be placed on a solid, flat surface.

  1. Tilt the appliance slightly backward.
  2. Set the feet to the desired level. Make sure the distance to the wall on the hinge side is at least 100 mm to ensure that the door can open properly.
  3. Check stability by alternately bumping diagonally; the slight swaying should be the same in both directions. If this is not the case, the frame may be warped; leaking door seals may result. A slight slope to the rear facilitates the closing of the door.

Fine tuning of the doors
If the doors are not on a level, this mismatch can be remedied as follows:
Using the adjustable foot
Rotate the adjustable foot in the direction of the arrows to raise or lower the foot.

Using spacers

  • Open the upper door and lift it.
  • Carefully clip the spacer (enclosed in the accessory bag) in the white plastic ring of the middle hinge, by hand or using a tool such as pliers. Do not scratch or bruise the door.

Notice
During future use of refrigerator, the phenomenon of uneven doors may occur due to the weight of the food stored; please adjust using the methods described above.

Waiting time
Maintenance-free lubrication oil is located in the compressor capsule. This oil may get into the closed pipe system if the appliance is tiled during transport; wait 2-5 hours before connecting the appliance to the power supply to ensure that the oil runs back into the capsule.

Electrical connection
Before each connection, check if:

  • the power supply, socket and fuse are appropriate for the rating plate.
  • the power socket is earthed and is not a multi-plug or extension cord.
  • the power plug and socket comply strictly with regulations.

Connect the plug to a properly installed household socket.

WARNING!
To avoid hazards, damaged power cords must be replaced by our customer service (see warranty card).
