Installation Notes:

The charger installation environment meets the following conditions:

  1. The installation location must fully consider the cable length and user charging convenience;
  2. Charging piles should not be installed in places with severe shocks and flammable and explosive materials;
  3. Charging piles should not be installed in places with low terrain and possible accumulation of water;
  4. The charger should be installed in a well ventilated place;
  5. The installation environment requires cleaning;

  7. Installation conditions are as follows:

Install Process:

  1. Installation tools:
    Preparation: (impact drill M8 drill bit, electric screwdriver, gradient)
    The mounting screws are already included in the fitting

  2. Installation steps:
    a. Choose a wall of the right strength that can withstand at least 100kg of pulling force.
    b. Remove the front shell of the charging pile and the four screws that hold the hanging plate, and then remove the hanging plate.
    c. Using the hanging plate and the level, select the appropriate height on the wall (recommended to be 1.2-1.4 meters off the ground), and use a pen to mark the punching
    d. Punch four mounting holes in the wall according to the marked position: the size of the hole is 10x65mm
    e. Place the hanging plate in the welled hole position and place it in the provided expansion spiral. Use a Phillips screwdriver to screw in the 5×70 screw to preserve a distance of 5-8mm from the wall.
    f. Attach the pile to the back plate and lock the removed fixing screws.
    g. Remove the four screws from the junction box and remove the cover.
    h. Place the incoming cable into the Cable Gland and correspond to the L, N, and PE terminal interfaces of the terminals. Once the wire is connected, lock the Cable Gland.
    i. Close the inlet terminals, cover the junction box panel to lock the screws, and cover the front enclosure.
