Supplementary
5V TTL level standard
- TTL high level : 3.6 – 5V, low level: 0 – 2.4 V
- Output L: <0.8V; H: >2.4V
- Input L : <1.2V; H: > 2.0V
TTL output low level should be less than 0.8V, while high level should be more
than 2.4V.
TTL input is 0 when input level is less than 1.2, and 1 when input level is
more than 2.0.
3.3V CMOS level standard
- Vcc : 3.3V
- VOH > = 3.2V; VOL <=0.1V
- VIH >= 2.0V; VIL <= 0.7V
- Note : “VIH” = high level of input voltage
- “VIL” = low level of input voltage
- “VOH” = high level of output voltage
- “VOL” = low level of output voltage
