INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
- Horizontally fold down the driver side back seat. To assure proper alignment you will need to position yourself in the rear-cargo area. Make sure you can clearly see the pre-drilled fastener holes of the Armorlite seatback – a bird’s eye view is recommended.
- Take the driver side Armorlite seatback cover (40% / smaller piece) and place the left outside wall over the back seat so it is flushed with the side cushion of the seat.
- The Armorlite pre-drilled fastener holes need to align over the internal metal frame found at the top of 3 the back seat. Holes will be drilled directly into the seat frame.
- Align top horizontal edge of the Armorlite seat back cover with the factory fabric seam that runs along the top of the seatback. Also, align the lower cutout with the bottom seat bracket. Leave an evenly spaced gap around the bracket.
-
Pre-drill all holes through the existing holes in the Armorlite seatback cover using a 1/8” drill bit. Leave the seatback cover in position and drive screws by hand with provided fastener screws.
IMPORTANT: do not use a larger sized drill bit. This could cause screws to not fit properly and come out over time. -
Raise the driver side back seat to normal position and follow the same steps for the passenger side back seat. The alignment process will be mirrored to the driver side.
