Individual brush heads
Oral-B offers you a variety of brush heads which are available in stores that sell Oral-B products. Below brush heads are interchangeable and compatible with your Oral-B handle.
**The Oral-B Precision Clean brush head
**Cups each tooth with a curved bristle trim and reaches deep between teeth at the same time.
The Oral-B FlossAction brush head
****Effectively cleans your teeth, clean along the gum line and in hard-to- reach areas such as behind teeth.
The Oral-B ProWhite brush head
****Features a dentist-inspired polishing cup to remove surface stains from coffee, tea, and tobacco for effective brightening.
Please note that children under
****12 years old should not use the Oral-B ProWhite brush head. Our dynamic TriZone brush head can be used with all common brushing techniques.
The Oral-B TriZone brush head
Features triple zone cleaning action for outstanding plaque removal, even
in between teeth.
We do not recommend using the Oral-B FlossAction or Oral-B ProWhite brush head with braces. You may use the Oral-B Ortho brush head, specifically designed to clean around braces and wires. All brush heads feature light blue INDICATOR® bristles to help you monitor brush head replacement needs (3. a). With thorough brushing, twice a day for two minutes, the blue color will fade halfway through approximately 3 months (3. b), signaling it is time to change the brush head. If the bristles splay before the color recedes (3. c), you are exerting too much pressure on teeth and gums. During the first days of using the toothbrush, your gums may bleed slightly. In general, bleeding should stop after a few days. Should it persist after two weeks, please consult your dentist or dental hygienist?
Cleaning
After use, rinse the brush head for several seconds under running water with the handle switched on. Switch off and remove the brush head. Rinse both parts separately under running water and wipe them dry. From time to time, also clean the charging unit with a damp cloth (4). Subject to change without notice.

FAQ’s
Although we are unable to compare our products to those of other manufacturers, we can tell you that this brush is an excellent choice for children aged 3 and up because it is gentle on their gums.
Yes, this works with adult replacement heads.
Does it work with braces? It is suitable for 10-year-olds wearing braces.
Because my son has braces and has no concerns, in my perspective, braces are safe.
Why does my brush turn off automatically?
This feature helps you save battery power. When the battery is low, the brush will turn off automatically.
Why does my brush make a clicking sound when turned on?
This is normal. The sound is the built-in timer counting down to when the brush will turn off automatically.
Why doesn’t my brush vibrate anymore?
The battery may be low. Replace it with a new one or charge the unit fully before using it again.
Why does my brush only work for a short time after being fully charged?
It’s possible that your toothbrush is no longer working properly and should be replaced with a new one. It’s also possible that you are not brushing correctly, which could damage your teeth and gums. Please read the User Guide for proper use instructions.
What should I do if I notice a decrease in performance?
If you notice a decrease in performance, please contact an Oral-B Service Centre to have your product inspected and repaired. Do not attempt to open or service this product yourself as it contains no user-serviceable parts.
Does the clock only run for two minutes? Or does it also send reminders every 30 seconds?
To let you know when 30 seconds have elapsed, it emits a 30-second “off” buzz. The fact that it doesn’t truly switch off after two minutes (and I might simply have a defective one) requires me to see that it has done so four times and then turn it off myself when she is finished. Again, it could just be me, but a warning nonetheless!
Are the replacement heads for the standard OralB compatible with this children’s brush? Do they share a site?
Yes, they are compatible; children’s sizes are a little smaller than adults.
Does this work with all replacement Oral B brush heads, even the ones for adults, or will only a select few?
Yes, adult replacement heads fit this.
Is this comparable to the children’s Phillips Sonicare?
Although we are unable to compare our products to those of other manufacturers, we can tell you that this brush is an excellent choice for children aged 3 and up because it is gentle on their gums.
Uses the same battery as the adult version, right?
It is, indeed. The is essentially a less expensive toothbrush for adults.
