Unlock your Pebble+

• If you are currently on factory settings, before Master fingerprint is registered, any fingerprint or skin can open the lock.
• To unlock by fingerprint, place a finger on the Fingerprint Sensor. When you see a green LED light, simply pull out the shackle to unlock.
• To unlock by App, please open the App and turn on Bluetooth and location as required, then press the lock button and LED flashes blue light, pull out the lock shackle to unlock when the LED light turns green.
• To unlock by key, insert the key into the cylinder and turn it clockwise by 90 degrees, then pull out the shackle to unlock.

Use Limit

• Device operates between -20C to 60C. Exposure to higher or lower temperatures may damage battery or even cause an explosion.
• Response time may be slower in low temperatures.
• The lock is designed and certified with IP65 weatherproof rating. Do not lay flat the lock allowing water to get into the charging port for a long period of time.
• When flying, only put device on carry-on luggage, not on check-in luggage.
• Sensor pad is to be cleaned before use if placed outdoor for a long period.
• If you touch the fingerprint sensor and a red light blinks continuously for 5 seconds, it means the lock power is low, please recharge the battery.
• In order to ensure the designed service life of the lithium battery, please fully charge the lock before first use, and recharge the battery every six months.
• Please note that Apple chargers and cables do not work Type C charging on this lock.

Download and install App

1. For Android users，search for “Prezlock” through Google Play. For Apple users, search for “Prezlock” through the APP Store. Or scan the following QR code to download app.
2. Register Account
   • For first time user, please click”Create Account” to register an account.
   • Follow instructions to fill in information.
   • Log in to the account after successful registration.

Add locks

1. Click the “ +” sign in the app.
2. Select the “Pebble Plus” lock picture.
3. Enter Lock Name, then click “Add”
4. When the following notice appears, please execute Step 5 before progress bar timeout.
5. Press the lock button, and the LED flashes blue light.
6. If the app fails to connect the lock, press the lock button again to reconnect .
7. The following prompt indicates that the lock has been successfully added. Click “Cancel” to exit or click “Continue” to add fingerprints.

Add fingerprints

1. Click the “+” sign and input the Master User’s name to add the fingerprint.
2. Select the finger, click “Continue” to record the fingerprint.
3. When the following notice appears,please execute Step 5 before progress bar timeout.
4. Press the lock button, and the LED flashes blue light.
5. If the app fails to connect the lock, press the lockbutton again to reconnect.
6. When the LED blue light turns into fast blinking, place your finger on the sensor at once with 6 touches in total, the LED turns green showing a successful input.
   PS. To add fingerprints for ADDITIONAL users, click the “+” sign in the upper right corner of the app, create a new user name, then repeat above steps 1 to 6

Unlock By key ang fingerprint

• To unlock by fingerprint, place your finger on the Fingerprint Sensor, until you see a green LED light.
• To unlock by key, insert the key into the cylinder and turn it clockwise by 90 degrees.
• Pull out the shackle to unlock.

Unlock By App

1. Open the APP.
2. Press the lock button, and the LED flashes blue light.
3. If Auto Unlock is off, tap the green unlock icon of the APP (as shown below). If Auto Unlock is on, go to step 4.
4. When the green unlock icon of the APP turns blue, it means to be unlocked. Press step 5 to unlock.
5. Pull out the shackle to unlock.

Restore factory settings

1. Click the Remove icon in the App.
2. Prompt, please execute step 3 before the progress bar timeout.
3. Press the lock button, and the LED flashes blue light.
4. Click “Continue”, the lock will be connected to the APP. When the blue flashing LED turns to white, the designated lock will be removed, and the lock has been restored to the factory status.
   Note : All lock opening history and fingerprint registrations will be deleted and no longer be retrieved.

Low power reminder and charging

• If a red light blinks continuously for 5 seconds after the fingerprint sensor is touched, it means the lock power is low, please recharge the battery.
• Do not charge the lock when the charging port is wet.
• The fingerprint sensor light stays red during charging and turns to green when the lock is fully charged..
