Thanks for purchasing the Turnstile Audio TASC700 Station Series Multi- Function Super Cardioid Condenser Microphone.
Designed for cameras and smart devices, the TASC700gives mobile content creators professional grade sound quality while shooting on-the-go. The lightweight shotgun microphone mounts directly on your camera or smart device so you can connect the mic’s audio output or digital out right into your camera or smart device.
Record how-to tutorials, make video-on-the-go, document live events, or capture any other creative endeavor with ease. The step less gain control on the mic lets you dial in your audio levels easy and quickly plus you can monitor directly from the microphone’s audio output while in digital mode.
The cardioid polar pattern captures what’s directly in front of the camera so you can just point and shoot. The included cold shoe shock mount prevents the mic from picking up extraneous handling noise, while the high-quality fuzzy windsock keeps unwanted background noise at bay. Best of all, the microphone does not need an additional microphone pre-amplifier: just plug it in and go create.

Function and Usage

1. Power Button
   Short press for OrVOtt: The Power Indicator Light is blue when the mic is on. Note: The light will turn red when battery power is low. 0

2. Low Cut Filter Button Short press for switching Low Cut Filter. There are three levels for the switch: Ott, 75Hz, & 150112. The Low-Cul Finer Indicator will light blue when either the 75Hz Or 150Hz setting is on.

3. Battery Level Display Screen This vnll display much batten/ power is renaming on the microphone.

4. Gain Control Knob This step less gain knob will let you adjust the microphone’s sensitivity and level.

5. USB C Charging Port You can connect the included USB C cable to recharge the microphone. The microphone’s audio output will still send signal while charting.

6. .3.5mm MS Audio Output Port You can use either the camera CMS) or smart device (MRS) cable to send audio out to your device.

Microphone Setup With A Camera

1. Setup with a Camera 1

.1 Install the Microphone to Shock Mount: conned the Shock Mount to cold. shoe extension on your sman device holder.

2.2 Connect 3.5mm TRS to TARS Audio Cable from the microphone’s audio out to the smart device’s audio Input. Note: If your smart device does not have a 3.5mm Input you may need to use either 3.5mm to USB C or 3.5mm Lightning adapters that are included.
