INSTALLATION MANUAL
Please read this manual carefully before installing and using the downlights. Do this for your own safety and to prevent damage of the product. This manual is applicable to the LED recessed downlights. The kit is delivered ready for use with the amount of downlights you selected, including five meters cable per spot, dimmable LED driver, connectors and a remote control.
- First check whether all the parts are in the box and test the kit before installing it permanently.
- Drill the holes with a saw size of 28 mm to the desired position. Position the cables of the LED recessed spotlights at the desired location.
- Place the LED recessed spots in the drill hole so that the two springs touch the material. Push both springs in succession against the downlight and put the downlight in place.
- Connect the LED recessed spots to the connector, note that each connector has 6 ports.
- Switch the power group off, then connect the transformer to 230V (INPUT). N = cable blue and L = cable brown. Connect the INPUT of the transformer with an on / off switch (fixed mains current ).
- If the transformer is installed outdoors, it must be placed in a water / moisture resistant housing (ART. NO. 396302). The recessed spots can only be used as recessed spots in a covered area.
- The remote control supplied as standard has already been paired with the transformer, insert the batteries into the remote control, the set is now ready for use. The wall dimmer is also supplied as standard.
- Optionally, the set can be extended with a 4-channel remote control.

How many spots can I connect at least?
1 spot
The light does not go on what now?
Try plugging the spotlight into a different port and then check to see if it works. If it still does not work, reach out to your distributor.
Can I extend the set?
The set is expandable, standard is a 1-channel remote control and a wall dimmer supplied, Do you need more than 12 spots? Then order multiple sets and a 4 channel remote control this allows you to control up to 36 spots.
STANDARD REMOTE CONTROL + WALL DIMMER
The remote control is taught-in as standard from factory setting and does not have to be registered on the transformer. Insert the supplied batteries into the remote control, which is now ready for use. Below you will find the functions of the remote control.
- SET – Pairing with driver
- ON – Turn on
- OFF – Turn off
- Brightness (+) – Gradually increase brightness
- Brightness (-) – Gradually decrease brightness
- Step Brightness (+) – Brightness in steps 10%, 30%, 70%, 100%
- Step Brightness (-) – Brightness in steps 10%, 30%, 70%, 100%
- Mode – Brightness 100%
- Night light – Brightness 10%
- DIY1/DIY2 – Congure DIY modus
- Delay – Turn off after 30 seconds
Pairing Remote Control
- Disconnect the power of the driver
- Press and hold the SET button
- Connect power to the driver
- Release the SET button as soon as the lights flicker
- Press the Mode button 4 times repeatedly
The wall dimmer must be paired with the driver, this is not set by default. Below you will find the functions of the wall dimmer and how it is paired to the driver.
- ON/OFF – Turn on/off
- Brightness (+) – Gradually increase brightness
- Brightness (-) – Gradually decrease brightness
- Night light – Brightness 10%
- Delay – Turn o after 30 seconds
Pairing wall dimmer
- Disconnect the power of the driver
- Press and hold the ON/OFF button
- Connect power to the driver
- Release the ON/OFF button
- Press the Night light button 3 times
OPTIONAL 4 CHANNEL REMOTE
The remote control must be paired with the driver, this is not set by default. Below you will find the functions of the remote control and how it is paired to the driver.
- ON – Turn on
- OFF – Turn off
- Brightness (+) – Gradually increase brightness
- Brightness (-) – Gradually decrease brightness
- Dim – Brightness in steps 10%, 30%, 70%, 100%
- Night light – Brightness 10%
- Zone – Selection for the control zone
Pairing Remote Control
- Disconnect the power of the driver
- Select the zone with the Zone button
- Press and hold the DIM button
- Connect power to the driver
- Release the DIM button
- Press the ON button 4 times repeatedly
INTENDED USE / APPLICATION
Product designed for the use in households and for other similar general applications.
MOUNTING
Technical changes reserved. Read the manual before mounting. Mounting should be performed by an appropriately qualified person. Any activities to be done with disconnected power supply. Exercise particular caution. Product has a protective contact/terminal. Failure to connect the protective lead may lead to electric shock. Mounting diagram: see pictures. Check for proper mechanical fastening and connection to electrical power prior to first use. The product can be connected to a supply network which meets energy quality standards as prescribed by law. To maintain the proper IP protection level, the right diameter of the power cable should be selected for the cable gland used in the product.
FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS
The product can be used indoors and outdoors.
USAGE GUIDELINES / MAINTENANCE
Any maintenance work must be performed when the power supply is cut off and the product has cooled down. Clean only with soft and dry cloths. Do not use chemical detergents. Do not cover the product. Ensure free air access. Product may heat up to a higher temperature. Product can only be supplied by rated voltage or voltage within the range provided. It’s forbidden to use the product with damaged protective cover. Product must not be used in unfavourable conditions, e.g. dust, water, moisture, vibrations, explosive air atmosphere, fumes, or chemical fumes, etc. Nondemountable product. Not suitable for independent repairs.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Keep your environment clean. Segregation of post-packaging waste is recommended. This labelling indicates the requirement to selectively collect waste electronic and electrical equipment. Products labelled in this way must not be disposed of in the same way as other waste under the threat of a fine. These products may be harmful to the natural environment and health, and require a special form of recycling/ neutralising. Products labelled in this way should be returned to a collection facility for waste electrical and electronic goods. Information on collection centres is provided by local authorities or sellers of such goods. Used items can also be returned to the seller when new product is purchased, in quantity no larger than the purchased item of the same type. The above rules regard the EU area. In the case of other countries, regulations in force in a given country must be applied. Contacting the distributor of our products in a given area is recommended.
